A great little hidden gem just off the Marcy stop. Amazing whiskey selection, fabulous cocktails, and very friendly staff. Not to mention the most amazing grilled cheese & tomato soup!
Amazing bar staff that helped this whiskey and bourbon noob find his palate. Great music, comfortable chairs, and intimate enough for an after dinner date drink or for a few friends to sit and catch up or debate current issues. Would definitely come back here to try another bourbon.
Wife got the berry smash and it was dessert in a cup with a kick.
Bar staff is great and the whiskey goes down smooth. Oh yeah, the pulled pork sandwich is better here than Pies and Thighs....just sayin'. A special shout out to Russell who was cooking while I was there. He's effing awesome!
GREAT bar! Real moody, with dim lighting, r&b on heavy rotation and French windows open to the street that bring in the buzzing sounds of the neighborhood. Cocktails are fantastic too--try the 666 or Jersey Fire Drill. Oysters and other snacks on fare.

Went on a first date with the love of my life here and every celebration since then has been inside these four walls. We even had our wedding reception here and almost considered getting Kai to marry us!
We love post office, it is our real life Cheers and nothing ever goes wrong inside here. The grill cheese sandwiches are the best I have ever eaten and I have been know to show up and eat multiple bowls of the Caesar Salad. But the chef's can do so much more than just these two dishes and they are often putting their culinary skills to use on special dishes (so follow them on Instagram!)
The bartenders have also been know to make you special cocktails that will set the mood for the rest of the week. They know how make you happy here and I will always love them for that and so much more!
Pro tip: do a pup crawl and go check out their sister bar OTB on Broadway and Bedford.
Loved it, my girlfriend took me here as part of my Birthday week end. It didn't disappoint. Loved the oysters and the drinks were very good.
This is my go-to place to grab a couple of drinks right off the Marcy J/M stop before venturing further into Williamsburg. Prices are reasonable and I've not had a bad drink from any of the bartenders.
