This it the best food for the money. Beautiful place with family owned staff. The food wait time is kind of long, however it is worth the wait and really delicious food. They have mostly Turkmen, Uzbek region food. Their manty and the plov is the must.
It was great experience to have dinner at this place. Very clean and homy. The interior is great. The waitress was very friendly. The meal was unusually tasty and we were very surprised and charmed! Really! The best restaurant experience I have had for the past couple years! The price is very reasonable and good portions. That is the best restaurant in Brooklyn. Definitely. If you wish to try very authentic Uzbek cuisine that is the place to go. I'm looking forward in visiting this place next time I'm in Brooklyn.
I have been craving for Uzbek food since I came to the USA. We drove 10 miles through the streets of Brooklyn to Chayhana Salom and I was hoping they served good Uzbek meals. It was one of my best experiences in NY. The food is amazing, the staff is very nice and friendly. Overall the atmosphere made me feel home.
I've been here a couple of times now and they are great.
The food is delicious and the portions are very reasonable. The price is excellent and the service is good as well.
Their kebabs are very flavorful and never overcooked.
The salads are fresh and delicious.
It is helpful if you speak russian because it makes it easier to communicate with the staff, but is by no means a requirement. The menus are in both english and russian so nobody should have any trouble.
Truly authentic, delicious and affordable Uzbek cuisine. The food is heavenly, the management is very nice, it's a hidden gem. Have a feast here, you'll love it. Be sure to get Plov and Babaghanoush with Nan.
What a cool place. The service and food were great. It's the perfect placeto get your fill of kebabs, dumplings, and all those other nice things brought to New York from half a world away.
They have the best lagman soup in New York. The staff is very nice and friendly. Their bread is small but very delicious. I think they bake the bread there on premises. The dining area can accommodate about 25 people I think. It is good for family dining as well. 2-3 times a week after long work hours, I drive from Manhattan to Brooklyn just to get their lagman and samsa. I grew up in a place where most people eat plov, so I would say ingredients in plov should be changed little bit to add different flavor. (I'm very picky about plov) Try their compot too, one pitcher is enough for 3 people.
Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Good service, although delivery needs to be improved. Takes longer than expected.
Cozy delicious hole in the wall. With such flavorful dishes, you will not believe their low prices. Great for eat-in or delivery.
Awesome place!!! Delicious food!!! Awesome service!!! You will definitely come back for some more if you go there once!!!
