I had khachapuri, adjaruli since childhood both in Tbilisi and Batumi, but you guys have the BEST ones I've ever tried. Compliments to the Chef for unbelievable dough! Beso had the most wonderful, professional, pleasant and friendly service. Will definitely be back for his super welcoming and warm hosting! The best of luck to your business.
The chatbostnili (a cold eggplant dish) was our favorite. It's so full of amazing flavor and goes well with the baked pies. The mushroom cheese called solo ketze was also very good. I usually don't eat meat but the chicken on the hot plate was not bad and pretty tender. The meat dumpling was too meaty for me.
Came here last night for dinner and truly enjoyed it. The establishment is clean and decorated very nicely. I split 2 dishes that seem to be everyone's favorite. The khinkali and the adjaruli. Or to make it easy, the dumplings and cheesey egg bread.
The dumplings are massive, about the size of a tennis ball. They're filled with soup and meat. Eating them is kind of fun. You grab the nob, bite a hole, drink the soup, and then eat everything besides the nob.
The cheesy egg bread was the best. You have to mix the egg with the melty hot farmers cheese. Then I just ripped off pieces and spooned some cheese on. The bread was so fluffy and soft. The cheese was so rich and creamy and the egg added a nice texture and extra creaminess.
The service was a bit slow, but I have to give the waiter a lot of credit. He was the only one there. This guy was seating people, taking orders, bussing tables, running food, and every other job you can think of.
This place is worth a trip out here.
Have been going to the place for years, it's been a few years though since been there last time. Food is amazing as always even though I think the menu has changed somewhat. Everything super fresh and the taste is great
Cozy place with fresh good food. Lots of Georgian patrons, so it's a bit noisy, but it adds to the atmosphere. Khachapuri is definitely worth trying, meats are good too.
This was an awesome place for authentic Georgian food in the Brighton Beach area. Just a word of warning though - the dishes are very filling and come out in sizable servings so you will leave very very full. I definitely recommend bringing some friends to share. We started with the megruli which was amazing - a soft fluffy sort of pizza topped with an insane amount of oozing delicious cheese. We also had the kupati, a regional sausage, which was pan fried and had a great flavor. Service was friendly and prices very reasonable. I will return!
Wow! That georgian restaurant is a gem! From walking in the door until we left. We were greeted, seated, and served very fast. The food is great, fresh and tasty! We were served by a very polite, professional, and friendly guy. Enjoy your quiet evening at this place!
Really delicious and authentic experience. The chicken was extremely flavorful, the dumplings were massive and juicy, and the cheese bread was insanely delicious. This is a wonderful place to try a new cuisine.
Great meal. Lovely venue. Great starter salad complimented by the bread with cheese and eggs. Lamb kabob delicious. Lovely ambience. Bakery wafts next door. Will return soon
Worth a trip to Brighton beach just for this amazing food. Wait staff is helpful and friendly so you’ll be in good hands even if you’re not familiar with Georgian food. Come hungry and try the sausages.
