One of the best restaurants in NYC. I love it here so much. I know the staff here (from coming so often) and they treat you like family. Warm, cozy atmosphere with kitchen utensils hanging from the ceiling for "decoration" and I wouldn't want it any other way. The food here is outstanding. Testo is amazing, give them all your business! (PS: bring cash, they're cash-only but there's an ATM outside)
My Favorite Italian Restaurant Absolutely OUTSTANDING!
I had a wonderful experience at Testo! From the warm and friendly service to the perfectly cooked homemade pasta, every aspect was on point. Octopus appetizer was a flavor bomb! The ragu pappardelle pasta and seafood tagliolini were full of flavor with generous portions of cod and salmon. The desserts, especially the tiramisu, were excellent - not too sweet and is filled with coffee taste. I can't wait to come back for more!

Found this spot in Brooklyn and it is simply sublime. We ordered the tortellini as well as the bolognese and both were so so delicious. They have a lively atmosphere + happy hour (until 7) for their entire drink menu! Delicious house wine. All the pasta is house made and yes you do taste the difference. Will be coming back for sure!
Very lovely location for a date or quick hangout. The spot is small and cozy. The menu is rich and diversified. There are gluten free options and everything is made from scratch.
The service is pretty fast and the most taste really great!
We attended a rehearsal dinner at Testo in October. They made it an amazing evening! The party room was perfect for 40 people. Everyone got to visit. The food was outstanding ! Several courses, the salads were delicious, And so were all of the pasta dishes. They even had a gluten-free pasta option for several in the group. Servers were gracious and attentive. If I didn’t live in Texas, I would be here every week!

I didn’t enjoy the piadina very much… I thought it’s similar to quesadilla, but I would rather have the latter, just my preference.
Wonderful experience from the start! Service was warm snd friendly and the food was on point! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the desserts were excellent—not too sweet or heavy! Will definitely be back!
Food was okay , felt like that had it in the fridge and re heated it because it felt cold in the middle . My women thought the branzino was the best she ever tried tho . But the plate I got was Ite…
My husband and I have been coming here for years and we are never disappointed. It’s incredible food at an affordable price. Get the Lambrusco. We love you, Testo!
