Music was a touch too loud ( but thats just me. Could have really been fine for others) but overall the rest of the experience was great. Food was good- as always- and my waiter was dope. I don't remember his name but I picked up on his way of starting his orders with new customers "You thirsty?". Love it.
The food here was amazing! The waiter was so nice to us. It took a while for the food to come. But the food came out amazing! The decorations look so good. I definitely recommend this taco joint.
Love this place! It’s small but fun! Love the music, the atmosphere is pretty chill. The fish tacos are amazing and OMG, you gotta try the pulled pork empanadas (sorry I don’t have a picture). If you’ve never been, that drink in the pic is a Bulldog. Very good, especially on a hot day!
Me and my significant other wandered in mid-morning on a Friday. To our delight, there wasn't anyone around except the obliging barkeep.
We ordered the calamari, and two tacos – Korean BBQ and Captain Jack. It’s always nice when calamari – quite possibly the most ubiquitous app there is out there – comes adorned with something a little extra: zippy lime-soaked red onions, charred corn and a creamy, piquant chipotle mayo. We polished off our tacos, which were a tad pricey, but no complaints from us.
It’s not surprising that Ho’Brah’s is a local beloved; if you’re looking for a brunch snack, or a place to just kick back, this is the place for you. The only thing missing are some oceanfront vistas.
Tiny, loud, yet delicious taco joint. The frozen margaritas are very good and are available in several flavors - mango, blueberry, strawberry, and more. Their nachos with chicken and "all of the above" (minus the jalapenos for me) is very good and considerably large. The dirty bird taco is tasty and my favorite, but you have to buy at least 2 because they are small (it consists of 1 tortilla). The staff here is always friendly and happy to serve you. On weekends and evenings, it does get packed, so I prefer to go there for lunch or an early dinner.
I came to ho’brah for brunch and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious! Owen was the most accommodating and attentive server. He recommended the churros for desert and WOW! The best churros I’ve ever had. They were a bit heavy but I enjoyed every bite. And let me not even talk about their mango Margarita…. That tajin rim always wins me over.
This place is amazing, the food was so tasty. The shrimp ceviche was a little on the small side for the price and lacked some ingredients, but none the less it was still really good. The drinks were really great as well.
This place is excellent, with fast service and food/drink options that are varied and fun. Good food, fun vibes, and worth the wait! We love it, and so do lots of other folks.
Absolutely delicious and very affordable. Ended up doing catering from here and had soo much food!! We did 4 types of meats- korean bbq, carnitas, chicken, and beef. My fav was Korean bbq, was quite surprised but it was amazing- definitely recommended. The takeout included beans (2 types), corn, pico, sauces, and more. This is absolutely perfect for a large gathering, and soo soo good. Can’t recommend enough- and so much food!
There was a long wait but well worth it. Hostess did a great job of keeping me informed while waiting. Had an awesome waiter coupled with delicious food made for a one of a kind experience. I have been to the Staten Island location too and they are both top notch establishments.
