This Taco Bell is cool. I'm happy they got their own building in Pelham Parkway. Waiting for food doesn't take long. You have the choice to use the kiosks or go up to the register (you'll have to go to the register anyways because you have to get the cups from the workers). The workers are nice. The restaurant is pretty small but there are plenty of seats. This place is great.
Emoyess having private conversations behind the counter- cursing and talking smack about customers who didn't clean up after themselves from their table. I don't want to hear that when I'm trying to eat.. You're getting paid, stop being lazy and do the work. Food fresh. Dining room needed cleaning.
The bean & rice cheesy burrito wasn't anything to write home about but they have a hit w| the spicy potato taco. It's getting better for the non meat eaters. Lol. Idk how yall do it, though.
The worlds neatest, cleanest, taco bell ive ever been to!!! Food looked like it belonged on a commercial!!!

I didn't have high hopes for another fast food restaurant in the area, but this was a Taco Bell Cantina! They surely have their stuff in order. Well... for the most part. It was my first time eating from there; and I ordered online and picked up (definitely a plus, since no other fast food restaurant in the neighborhood does that). I walked in, told them I was there for pickup (at the time I chose), and was given my food. I walked home and got ready to enjoy. That was until I realized they gave me what looked like two double decker tacos (no beans), instead of two loaded potato grillers. While I was bummed, I enjoyed the food nevertheless. The staff was friendly. The store was super clean. And the food was hot and fresh. This won't deter me from going there again, as there may have been an issue between the app and the store. But I have to give a fair review and deduct one star for failing to get the order correct the first time. I do recommend coming here though. For those adults in the area, come during dinner time when the teenagers are home (don't come after school, as you'll run into what looks like a packed store). Enjoy!
They follow covid guidelines by not letting too many people inside. I like being able to ise the screens and pay there and everything.
This is the BEST Taco Bell in the Bronx, hands down! The store is clean, the staff is serious about getting your food right and best of all: they are lightening fast. Seriously 😁! The food is always served at a safe temperature, unlike some other places serving up room temperature ground beef🤮 The store is clean and best of all is open quite late. They pack your meal nicely, add all the sauces you request, and actually give napkins without asking. The price is right; the Value meals outstanding and the staff us friendly. Try them!
Food is pretty good. Only sad thing is that everytime I’ve ordered thru door dash I’ll put down that I want hot sauce and have never received it tho it’s clearly on the receipt. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again
I had an issue with my order and the store manager Mildred fix the issue she was very helpful . She has excellent customer service.
Extremely efficient, visited this location twice and it hasn't been too crowded. Self serve kiosks as well as a cashier. Clean, subdued lighting, some seating available. Very comfortable. Monitors let you see how far along your order is. If you have the app you can order ahead and pick up. Staff is friendly and efficient as is the lay out. Will definitely be back!
