Great atmosphere, great behavior.
I always come here when it's time for Burger King, only establishment that's clean and organized. Where the chicken nuggets taste like chicken. The order always comes out nice and fresh. The atmosphere is always relaxing. I'm here at 4 pm n people just love this place. Quiet n peaceful just come and get your treats...
Honestly back then management was just awful. Now that they have new managers they’ve changed a lot. Food looks edible now and a lot of the staff are super friendly! Keep it up Burger King!
This has been the quickest Burger King location ever. The person taking the order was knowledgeable about the ingredients on the items. He turned BK in to a wayback burger for me that night. I wish I would have gotten his name. I would have definitely gave him his manager a call. I wish my photo was better.

Staff here has always been quick, efficient, and friendly.
As a delivery person with a non-car vehicle, I've never had any issues picking up from here, no issues with getting things (re)packed in a way that I can most comfortably and quickly transport.
Love this location. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and restaurant is always clean.
They need to stop homeless people from entering. They beg and smell. It will turn you off from eating. Sorry to say!
Excellent service. They accommodated my low carb dietary restriction without question. Great burger. Clean and well maintained. Spotless bathroom!!!
With the mobil app it is easier to order and pickup. Soda machine needs maintenance.

Compliments to the Management of the 1590 Hutchinson River Parkway location for their impeccable customer service. I have been to many Burger Kings throughout the Bronx and this one by far provides the best Customer Service out of them all. I have never waited for more than five minutes in the drive thru, even with vehicles in front of me. They really keep services moving along, even through the busiest times of the day. Staff are very professional and communicate very clearly and concise with customers to where they are understood. You also see the manager contributing and working with his staff to ensure that customer service is not hindered in any way. And that's what it's all about, service. Management has very good operational tactics and has the technique down pack. All other locations should take note and follow suit.
