Food here is perfectly fine and the guys working here are good people. Been eating at this place for almost 5 years now. There prices are “high” but tbh EVERYTHING in America is getting expensive… in comparison to everything else their prices are on the cheaper side imo.
I guess some people have problems with some restaurants but it happens and then they end up leaving a bad review because of one bad order. Because we're all perfect. I've been living in the area for about 4 years never had a problem with this restaurant the food is great the service and delivery is fast.. and I love the fact I call them and I don't have to give them my address because they already know 😉😉🤑🤑
I always order here because i live in the area but honestly they are fast paced and the food is very good. You won’t be disappointed
I lived in Section 5 for my entire life. The people who makes your order who cooks your food and gives you the food that they cook, you really have to give them a round of applause. In my eyes in my opinion, they are hard workers. Unfortunately we do have crazy people living in our section and in Co-op City in general that are completely disrespectful. Being that they speak another language, it's hard for you to understand what they are saying. Because of that, we unfortunately assume that they are about to make your food the wrong way. I'm no chef but I might as well be a food critic, but they should really add a limited amount of oil they put in their food. For an example whenever you fry chicken you should perhaps get a napkin to drain all the oil that is still inside that chicken. The napkin can simply be used to absorb all the oil that may still be in that food. It's just a suggestion. But otherwise their food are pretty good
Haven’t tasted my good yet but the customer service was awesome especially after calling another restaurant in the area and all the lady do is scream through the phone patiently waiting
I frequent Jade Palace, very good food, very consistent, always happy to come back
Food has been good since I started eating there in the 80’s at my grandmothers off erskine place.
Basic take out although they have 2 small tables that customers generally use to wait for orders. Food is usually good and affordable.
Love the foods and great service. Delivery is always on time too.
Food is good, a bit high priced. But worst thing is that they don't have barbecue sauce! Only thing I hate about Jade Palace
