- I even tried the pasta Alfredo with jerk chicken chunks and shrimps (it sell off)
- do you miss run down. Well the make a tasty shrimp & chicken in coconut 🥥 cream sauce (my favorite)
- they even have vegetarian 🌱 meals (mi nuh know how it taste tho but people love it)
- in the winter soup a the thing. From gungo soup, red peas soup, goat 🐐 head soup, cow foot soup, beef soup and every day chicken soup
- when last you eat some popchow (yes a so mi spell it 😁)

Golden Krust at 3812 White Plains Rd, Bronx (White Plains Rd at 219th Street) is way above its competitors. Clean atmosphere, great food, and courteous staff. Let me give a special Thank You and Shout-out to Sherine. She took the time to make sure our large order was completed to perfection. She conferred with the chef and made special-order menu suggestions. My guests were completely blown away by the caliber and vaierty of food (Oxtail, Curry Goat, jerk chicken, snapper, whiting, fritters, festival, dumplings, vegetables). All positive feedback. Golden Krust is really good. My first time in NY and glad i came to this place. There was a line outside the door. Only allowing 5 customers at a time. I was surprised by all the food they offer and different kinds of drinks too. My coworker got the curry shrimp, it's really good. I originally came here to get the patties. The chicken and cheez beef are good and the krust is nice and flaky with a good kinda sweet flavor and theyre good size. I would come here again!

I had the pleasure of encountering exceptional professionalism and an infectious sense of joy from Shaniqua (I hope this is her name) over the weekend, and I cannot express enough how thankful we were for this experience as usually some Caribbean Resturants aren’t known for their happy employees . She was so happy and patient and helpful. The food was full of flavors and I often purchase from this location when in the area as the prices are reasonable .
This is not your typical Golden Crust and they serve a great variety of dishes and the best part is they have baked Mac and Cheese. This is hands down the best Mac and Cheese from a restaurant I have ever had. But this review is mostly in favor of the Mac and Cheese not all the other foods. If your looking for intense and satisfying flavor just walk down the block to the 24/7 Gold Star you will never regret or forget your food experience.
