It was definitely a pizza day, we ordered the eggplant pizza & the chicken with broccoli & tomatoes - half & half of each. The wait was a bit more than usual. The slices were awesome. We capped it off with red velvet, chocolate & cheesecake and tiramisu small pastries. Very good. Had a slice of margheritta slice, delish. The salads are good and plentiful and offer a variety of choices. Update: ordered margherita pizza & chicken parm pizza. Super good.
The food is awesome. There's a very good spread of hot food to choose from. I don't know how often the menu changes but from I saw they had roasted chicken, corned beef(pictured below), salmon, fried fish, green beans, beef stew with red bell pepper, onions and mushrooms, shrimp with broccoli. Well you get the idea there's a lot to choose from and if that doesn't tickle your fancy I think there's sandwiches as well and if you don't want that there's pizza too. Just a quick note the hot food is charged by weight so look at the menu before you start putting your container together because there isn't any seats.
This place have a super friendly staff and the variety of food is amazing, the have burgers, panini, pizza, smoothies, deserts, chips, and so much mure, but I really love the coffee in here, give it a try, I did and I love it
Nice hot bar with lots of options. Always beef, chicken and seafood available. Fresh pizza, salads smoothies and sandwiches are good options. Fresh baked pasties and coffee. The price is higher if you select a fish or seafood choice. Save money on the buffet by selecting a chicken or beef entree. Good for take out. The only downside is delivery service is not available.
I love this place. Salmon is unbelievable and the salad pizza is so yummy. Not to mention junior cheesecake in every flavor as well as cupcakes. Also a variety of salads, sandwiches and many healthy snacks.
I had never had a tilapia stuffed with spinach and cheese before until last week at this place. It is 5:17 am and I am still thinking about how delicious it was and how to make it myself. It was just perfect. Their choice of food is great, always clean, and lots of healthy food and snack choices. Great place in the Bronx.
I enjoy their salmon. Being that, to some extent, I observe the Jewish dietary laws, I don't eat the meat or shell fish but by all accounts, these are as excellent as the salmon. The coffee is great, the pizza is really good, and the shelves are very well stocked with snack food and beverages.
I love this place. I go there all the time when I'm down in the area for business. The supervisor puts the super in supervisor and is always a pleasure to see. The ladies behind the counter are the sweetest and make the best coffees (hot or iced!)
This place is expensive as hell but the quality really is the best. The employees that work there are particularly awsome. They remember details about your typical orders and that makes you feel at home. I recommend calling over the phone first to order for pick up that way by the time you get there your order is ready and you don’t have to wait around.
sometimes it gets crowded and waiting around is awkward with out being in the way. Really do love this place and I totally recommend it. My only complaint is the $$$.
The food here is good but expensive relative to the average prices in this neighborhood. Pizza is restaurant-style, good quality. The only gripe I have is with the buffet (which is generally good) - they put pancake syrup on the sweet plantains??!!
