Great service, great food!!!!
Just tried the meat lovers pizza melt minus three of the 6 meats and add mushrooms and olives. It was so very delicious! Thank you Bountiful Pizza Hut!! They also made my son's Alfredo pasta to perfection!
Had delivered, arrived hot. Had garden pizza and it was great.
Update 6/8, ordered again and was great great. Had the New Yorker with veggies and the cinnamon rolls, both delicious and arrived hot, had delivered through UberEATS.

These days it seems each and every customer expects perfection and expects it now!
Our order was ready on time and my family was excited to be receiving dinner sooner, according to the tracker app our DoorDash driver was close by...
Cut to 15 minutes later and no pizza. I checked around our apartment complex to see if it had been delivered to the wrong apartment, but no dice. I attempted calling in to the store, but no dice.
Suffice it to say that by the time I arrived to the store in person I was visibly upset and ready to lay into the manager.
Before I could unleash my fury the store manager, Allen, deescalated the situation. He personally remade my family's large order on the spot and gave us credit towards our next order through the Pizza Hut app.
Would it have been best if my order was delivered correctly the first time? Yes.
Would it have been better if the store answered our phone calls? Yes.
Was the manager doing everything he could with a skeleton crew? Yes.
Be patient. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Eat pizza.
OK, I'll retract the previous comments. They must've been having a bad night. Today's experience was great - fast, hot, fresh, correct, and friendly staff. Thanks!
- Retract - "Absolutely atrocious. 90 minutes for a "20" minute pizza. Ordered online and it "didn't go through" I called the number and ordered again. I got to the store and there was no record of any order. Ordered a third time. Now, I've been charged twice. Really, I cannot believe how aweful the service is.

My experience was very positive. The pizza was warm and delicious.
I can't believe how much this location has improved. It is nice being able to get our favorite pizza again. Alan has been great every time we have gone in. Awesome customer service and quality control. I hope it stays this way.
I ordered my pizza through the app and it gave me the “big box deal” for $26.99, after getting there the employee said it will be $38. He said they don’t honor the deal and they’ve been working on getting it removed from their location? Then he said if I don’t pay the $38 I won’t get the pizza. I pay only to get home and discover both pizzas were undercooked, and the bread was still very doughy. As well the BBQ chicken pizza tasted oddly sour, my roommates and I didn’t even feel comfortable finishing a slice so we ended up just throwing it away.
Update:
I received a call from the store manager advising that the price jump was because both pizzas weren’t single topping pizzas. He also addressed the odd bbq sauce flavor and the employees demeanor. After speaking with Allan (Alan?) I’m changing my review from 1 stars to 4 stars.
Part of the order was missed and not ready when I arrived. I waited 10 min for the complete order. The shift manager made it up to me by providing me a $10 credit for my next carry-out order. I realize mistakes happed and I appreciate the supervisor taking responsibility and making it right. The pizza was delicious!
This location never lets me down. The pizza always comes quick. After the online status says out for delivery, I get the pizza within10 minutes at my door.
On my last order they mistakenly sent me the wrong soda, I called and within 15 minutes another driver came by and delivered the correct ones.
Exceptional customer service from management to staff and delivery.
