I love going to dunks for a coffee/drinks run. They’re affordable and super convenient. I’ve always had a good experience everytime I went there. The staff is super friendly too!
For the second time I have come to the Dunkin' Donuts on 1926 Columbus Ave Roxbury and found it closed even though the mobile order went through as if it were open, and today it's supposed to be closed at 6:00 p.m. but it is now closed at 4:00 p.m. the service, compassion, efficiency, food freshness are all wonderful and MS. KAREN(CSRTIE?) The manager is one of the best managers I've ever seen at any Dunkin' Donuts. I particularly like the fact that it is a predominantly non-caucasian staff. This might sound strange coming from a Caucasian person but in this area, as with any job the population should reflect the employees in any company. ( example- just in my opinion,Having all white police in in District that has 95% non-white police population is disgraceful.
This is the same situation. I'm proud to see young women working and have a good work ethic as well as incredibly good customer service
One of my favorite dunkins to go to. Staff always make my food and drinks exactly how I like it. There are times it can get a bit crowded so I would suggest using the app and ordering ahead of time if possible..
Friendly staff, the ONLY dunkin donuts I've Ever been to that consistently makes my coffee correctly and deliciously. They get backed up quick, so they WILL make you late 2 work. That quality tho👌👌
It's the DD closest to work! It's always clean, usually adequately staffed for the amount of business. The staff is hard working and courteous. My coffee run usually goes without a hitch but in the few times a mistake has been made, they fix it.
I go to this Dunkin's due to how it's next to my daughter's daycare.
This location is pretty decent, it's always clean when I'm there, the employees are always busy and up front taking care of customers.
And it has tables and chairs so you can sit down and enjoy that coffee when you just wanna enjoy it at the very moment you ordered it.
The place is heavenly everytime I walk in. Everything smells fresh, the employees are super friendly, and the food is delicious. I have been going to this Dunkin since I was around 5 so they know me and my family pretty well. Never encountered a problem they couldnt fix, not including the dunkins app 🙄. Highly recommend.
Icecream was ok. But the atmosphere and art work is awesome!
