The menu was a little different since we last visited Boston Airport. However, my hubby ordered the clam chowder, and I ordered a salad and added the seared Salam. Delish!!!
I love flying out of Boston Logan airport so I can get my Legal Sea Foods fix! OMG, they serve the best clam chowder on the planet. The lobster roll is so tasty — crisp and soft bread with super fresh lobster. I like to sub the fries and Cole slaw for a side salad. The Samuel Adams Boston Lager is the perfect pairing. LOVE!
Arrive at the airport early, so you have time to grab the petite lobster roll and clam chowder! Fantastic! If you're really lucky, you'll get Scot as your bartendah!
Legal is a good restaurant after security in Terminal A. Convenient to all gates as the terminal is relatively small. It is quite loud with minimal service but the food and drinks are delicious. Prices may be high, but it is an airport restaurant after all.
Here is your pro tip! Order the clam chowder (which is really good) TO GO from the hostess. Then walk the tunnel to starbucks by gate A18 and grab a coffee. Go right next door to the food court and sit at the counter with the window view of the ramp. Go to the corner if you want a quieter space.
Fish is a bit expensive but everything else seems to be pretty reasonably priced for an airport. Service is pretty good and quick, food tasted awesome! The table I was at was directly bordering a rest area, kind of like an extension of the terminals around us except it's in the middle of the area.
Outstanding clam chowder. Really nice lobster salad roll. Nice fries and coleslaw. Good selection of wines. It’s airport pricing, but it was good.
I’d say the reviews are underrated. It’s a just place, but the food is really good. Loved the salmon BLT.
Unexpected find as far as airport food goes. We shared a boston cream pie and took a lobster roll and a cup of chowder to go. The pie had toffee bits on top which made for a fun variation. The lobster roll was very fresh and tasty. The waitress was very knowledgeable and personable.
what this restaurant has going for it most is its convenient location by the gates.
The seating is very tight so be ready to be included in your neighbors conversations.
The food for us was hit and miss. My $39 yellowfin tuna was too heavily seasoned with sesame seeds so that it overpowered the actual flavor of the tuna. My wife’s french fries though were some of the best she’s had, as they were perfectly done and tasty.
