It's a fast food coffee chain, there's not much home to write about. I don't particularly care for their drip coffee, but their flavored coffee drinks are pretty decent.
This very busy Dunkin Donuts located is located in the heart of Fort Point. Frequented by many of the nearby workers including myself, it frequently has long lines but lines that move surprisingly fast thanks to a very well managed staff. They're friendly, they're efficient and almost never screw up, (at least my orders).
This particular location is clean, spacious and being somewhat newer than a lot of other locations in the area, has a more modern interior. It's much better than the average location and I've never been in there for more than 5 minutes, even with tons of people in front of me. Solid.
I have been going here for a few months now.
Before 11:00 this location is a million times busier than Starbucks down the street. Line goes out the door. Its also cheaper compared to starbucks down the street and all the other breakfest shops in the most overpriced part of boston.
The crew works as hard as they can and accept no nonsense. If you treat them right they can be cool people. One problem is they don't have enough empolyees to work idk who deals with that
Everything was good but you had to ask the staff to press a buzzer to get into the bathrooms. Though that fact isn't mentioned any where so it just appears that the bathroom is occupied and not available as opposed to requiring a buzzer.
America is running on Dunkins. This will be the first place People reach out Break fast and quick Coffee. This serves good variety of Munchkins, Donuts, Iced and Hot Coffee.
Good dunkin. usually not busy early afternoon and morning. Never had any service issues there.
Good as most DD's are, but weekday morning crowd CRUSHES any chances of a quick in and out!
