They have sofas and tables to relax. Nice to be with a small group of people. It got too much popular and tend to be busy... Would be nicer if you can be there less busy time.

A wonderful outdoor beer garden at City Hall overlooking Faneuil Hall. Definitely one of the best places for an afternoon or evening beer on a summer day.
