Our first dinner in Boston and our favorite! Ciao Roma brings its class and authenticity to North End’s Little Italy. The cozy, intimate restaurant deserves to be featured in a Christmas movie scene giving you and your table a romantic feeling to the night. The food was flavorful with every bite and the service most certainly did NOT disappoint! Questo non è Ciao, Roma. È ci vediamo la prossima volta, Roma! Grazie mille per tutto.
Great food- better service. Booked on OpenTable- labeled it as an anniversary, and they brought out special menus, free drinks, etc. awesome staff- 100% recommend
We had a wonderful dinner at Ciao Roma. We had 3 adults and 3 children and they were very accommodating. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and they were very accommodating to our needs. They do not have children’s menus but were able to suggest menu items appropriate for the children in our party. Even though the restaurant was full of patrons, our server, Jose, was attentive, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!
tried the PSL espresso martini which was heaven in my mouth! i also split the vodka fusilli which was not my fave.. nothing bad about it but nothing special. will be going back for the cocktails though!

Always had dinner there, they have the best vongole (with squid ink pasta) and octopus salad. Had their brunch for the first time this week and it was amazing! Great atmosphere and amazing pancakes too. My friends loved their drinks and I had two different espresso drinks that didn’t disappoint. Ciao Roma always gives me a reason to go back!
As a date place, love it. Staff are very friendly, and the ambiance is pretty intimate, so for bringing someone for a date, definitely recommended. The food though, didn't knock my socks off. It was filling, sure. But the taste as served was not that remarkable. Adding pepper and cheese improved it quite a bit. Their wine list is also pretty large, but the cocktails on the menu aren't as many, but the ones that are are tasty.
We had the most amazing server, Ricky. He gave outstanding recommendations and was attentive the entire time. We wouldn’t have had the same experience without him and will be requesting him our next trip back. The food was incredible and are excited to return!
Go for the outdoor seating, stay for the food and view. Lovely outdoor patio in front of the restaurant, next to Paul Revere's house, and across from Sacred Heart Church. The views and ambiance on the square are reminiscent of Italy. They can fill up, so call ahead for a reservation, or try to make one on the spot and circle back when you finish your meandering of the North End. It's on the Freedom Trail.
Saul SAVED the night. Me and my girlfriend were seated upstairs inside next to 2 large parties celebrating birthdays. Being it was a smaller space, it was very loud and not an environment conducive to a date night. But the assistant manager, Saul, helped us move tables downstairs, personally oversaw our night making sure we had our drinks, apps, and packing up our food in to go boxes after. Even giving us a complimentary limoncello shot. The food was FANTASTIC. Cannot be faulted. However, the service could use more work in meeting the needs of every party rather than just the larger and louder ones. Management knows how to handle situations. At the end of the day, we’ll definitely be back.
If you want nostalgic mood, with quick service and amazing Italian food, this is definitely the place. Texture, quality and speed of service of pasta was 10/10 in my book. I really enjoyed old 50-60s interior style, fits perfectly the atmosphere with Sinatra playing in the background. Highly recommend such place. Make sure to book in advance (at least a week in advance).
