Sweet Life Bakery And Cafe

So I've not only eaten breakfast here several times which I really enjoyed but I've also ordered a custom cake. I had my daughter's 1st Birthday Cake done here and it was so good I'm actually reviewing the same day I ate it. Not only was the cake delicious but Sweet Life was so accommodating to doing exactly what I wanted on the cake and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much to Kristin and the rest of the Sweet Life Bakery staff. It was beautiful and delicious!

If you don't know about the corned beef hash and eggs here yet, you are missing out. We love it for takeout during Sunday football. Always very busy on the weekend, seems like they are working out a few kinks. Best is to order at the counter, rather than over the phone for takeout. Power sandwich is delicious but wished they toasted the bread consistently. Restaurant is clean and lively.

I really enjoyed breakfast at Sweet Life! Such a festive and home-like feel to this bakery cafe! It was my first time trying this place, but it has been on my radar and wish list for some time. No wait time. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a cappuccino - yum! I love that they have silver dollar pancakes on the menu - perfect size for something a little sweet with mixed berries, the real syrup, and side of bacon! They had breakfast and lunch menu so I'll be back to try more! Wait staff were friendly and despite some of these other reviews I didn't experience slow service. I left happy and so did my tummy :)

Sweet Life is a bakery and cafe located in Boston, MA. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends, have a leisurely breakfast, or simply indulge in some pastries. I visited a diner with my mom and aunt, and we were seated near the back next to the fireplace. The diner had a lovely ambiance with dim lighting. After receiving our menus, we were given water and lemon slices to enjoy. Although it took around 15 minutes for someone to take our order, we passed the time chatting. It took another 10 minutes to receive our drinks, followed by a 10-15 minute wait for our food. Unfortunately, our server forgot my aunt's tea, and she waited almost 35 minutes before it was brought to her. While waiting, we noticed a house centipede, which my mom and aunt found quite scary but quickly forgot about. I lost sight of it as it went towards the fireplace. The diner was not overly busy, and the lighting was dim, which created a cozy ambiance. We spent time chatting, and the background chatter wasn't loud either. I ordered a stack of buttermilk pancakes with a side of sausages, which were delicious. My aunt ordered an omelet with home fries, others I don't remember, and small pancakes to-go, while my mom had eggs, bacon, and other items I could not recall. We all had water to drink, and I also ordered a vanilla milkshake (although I prefer the ones from McDonald's). My mom rated a cup of hot chocolate, though she liked the one from Victoria's Diner (which used to be called One Family Diner), while my aunt enjoyed her tea. The total bill amounted to approximately $60 for the three of us. The servers kindly provided us with to-go boxes and bags, and we left a tip and paid before leaving. Overall, I would revisit this diner, especially for their pancakes, and would love to try their waffles. If you're in the area, I recommend you stop by and try it. However, as I do not live nearby, I would only go there again if I had a specific reason.

This Cafe is pretty great. I really love the ambiance. Very relaxing and quiet. Nice looking and cozy. The service was really good. Very good Staff. The food was good, not the best food I've tasted but definitely good. Decent parking in the area and the prices aren't bad at all. Check it out.

We have eaten here many times over the years. Service is always a little slow but the team does work together seamlessly! I really appreciate the hostess. Even with her masks you can feel her warmth and smile! We really enjoyed our food. The BLT was loaded with bacon. The Big One sandwich (name says it all) was delicious. The tomato was perfect not to ripe. I really enjoyed my sandwich!
