I just want to say, this restaurant has done above and beyond for me for my birthday. The ambience of overlooking the Boston harbor, the beautiful architecture and furniture set the mood for a nice sit-down dinner. The food was amazing and flavorful and surprisingly typical Boston pricing (except maybe some of the drinks). The service I must say, takes the cake. Kind and prompt service, and they like to entertain here and there. They overheard that it was my birthday dinner and surprised me with a small cake with lit candles! You can walk along the harbor for nice pictures. And the inexpensive 5$ parking for eating at Seaport. I had a memorable birthday here with my friends, thank you so much to this place for a very pleasant surprise.
The food at Harborside Grill and Patio is Amazing. Me and my date went there for the first time and we were amazed by the excellent staff and their superior customer service. The view of the harbor was amazing!!! This is the best restaurant in Boston if you want to enjoy the view of Boston from the harbor or enjoy the true taste of New England food. The food is cook to perfection and the customer service is excellent!
We had a lovely experience here for Mother’s Day. The service was excellent with waiters and bus sera always attentive ensuring a clean space and timely service. The food menu speaks for itself. Each dish was crafted beautifully with complimentary spices that tasted wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here. Shout out to Vinny, absolutely great waiter and even better person. He made our experience a blast!
Ate here 3 times during our stay. Food was very good, although pizza was average. It was usually quite busy so there was a wait but staff was nice, very friendly and accommodating. Loved the patio area with fire pit tables! Gorgeous view! Can't beat it.
The food was very good, as was the service. They can get busy, so you may want to get a reservation. The views are amazing.
During a recent stay in Boston I had two great meals at the Harborside Grill in the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor hotel. I had an excellent burger and fries for dinner. It was especially great, because I was expecting mediocre hotel food, but this burger was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection.
The next morning, I ordered a vegetarian omelette with breakfast potatoes and it also was cooked perfectly. I found the hotel room to be a little bit worn out, but the restaurant was excellent!
My favorite food experience in Boston, u should ask for Zakaria in the morning to give you recomendation about the best breakfast experience that you should choose. Dinner is amazing here too. Iam used to nyc food but here the food is amazing. The view is amazing.
Went for a new years eve dinner as part of the fixed menu new years package. The staff were cheery and were engaging. The meal was a three course meal. The items weren't unique or quirky but the quality of the food was quite good. Everything well flavored and cooked to perfection. Polenta with Salmon was especially along with deserts.
Amazing! GO! The view is breathtaking, and the food is just as awesome. Fresh, hot, and flavorful you get what you pay for. Our waitress, Cassandra was SUCH a professional and knew the menu and made the best recommendations based on our preferences. The ambience is casual, but if you’re feeling yourself dress up hunny. It’s inside the hotel right off the lobby so the noise level is busy but not obnoxious. I will definitely be back, thank you guys so much for such a wonderful experience.
surprisingly good food - service is a bit slow but i don’t mind, gives more time to enjoy the view. staff super friendly. awesome view , sit by patio
