Carbonara was the best pasta dish I’ve had since I was sentenced to a gluten free diet 6 years ago. Perfectly al dente (hard to get and be good w gf) and just the right level of creamy decadence was magical with the salt of the pancetta. I tried the Bolognese too and was less impressed. That one might need their home made pasta to be as outstanding as the other reviews state. I’ve eaten all over the world and have an experienced palette so trust me when I say I definitely recommend this dish.
Small intimate setting with indescribably delicious food. We were a party of 4 and every one of us had an exceptional experience with a meal that far exceeded our expectations. I normally hate scallops and almost changed my order but went with the open faced ravioli and the scallops ended up being my favorite part. Hands down the best I've ever had. It seems like you can't go wrong with anything they serve, this was undeniably the best meal we had in Boston! Thanks for the fantastic experience it made our trip!
Walked in on a Sunday night. Good number of options on the menu, just enough to have a selection but yet you could tell each dish was going to be well-executed. Really pleased with the gluten free options. The risotto was amazing! The oil/bean mixture served with bread at the start was well-liked, too. Overall a good meal and I recommend!
Food had a good flavor. Service was good as well. Everything was cooked very well. Very beautiful place, and it's clearly highly regarded. I think the only thing that stuck out was the Tiramisu. It was absolutely outstanding. Might have even been the best I ever had.
We have been here twice now and it has been lovely each time. It's a small but homey space. We didn't love the entrees the first time we went so we just went with the appies and pasta for the second time and they were all great! We got the pasta with clams and a ravioli with lobster and both were to die for. You definitely need reservations for this restaurant. The wait staff was all very polite and quick with the food. This is a great taste of north end boston.
Went here during the $1 oyster happy hour. The inside was very nice--felt like an authentic Italian restaurant. The oysters were fresh but a bit on the smaller size. However, that is understandable for happy hour. I also bought an appetizer, but I don't remember what it was. My only qualm was regarding the service, as I felt a quite rushed.
The vegan truffle risotto was pretty good but the vegan gnocchi and spaghetti and meatballs were more lacking in flavor imo. Still, nice to have a nice Italian place with many vegan options to pick from and the bread and dip were quite good
Must try vegan meatballs!
Large variety of options including vegan / vegetarian and those who love meat & seafood as well.
Lovely atmosphere with friendly & helpful service!

The food here is amazing. This is the first ever place I have been where they offered vegan wine. Also couple of vegan gf menu items. All of them were delicious.
We decided to do a dine in meal here with as they have a vegan menu. We ended up getting the risotto and potatoes as an app and the ravioli and meatball for entrees. The food was good but some of the items lacked a bit of flavor. The restaurant itself is a small area and there was a very loud group dining that night as well which ruined the ambiance.
The staff accommodated us despite us not having a reservation on a busy night. They were able to clear a table and sat us pretty quickly. They were very nice and had wonderful suggestions for our food and wine.
I'm not a huge fan of the North End in general. I'm a bit jaded by the tourists waiting in line for a subpar box of cannolis. That said as far as dining experiences go, Terramia was able to hold up and provide an above average experience.
Gnocchi Ai Funghi - good balance of truffle oil and salt.
Ravioli Alla Amatriciana - the smoked pancetta was the standout
Pappardell with Shrimp - giant shrimp.. a bit too buttery for my taste
Like all NE places, the space was tight... but overall the servers did a great job of accommodating. I also liked that the menu had good vegetarian options.
