Fabulous service and food! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is fixed fresh and served at the perfect temperature. It offers a very nice atmosphere as well as a huge menu with a variety of options for everyone who including vegetarian and vegan. The staff is so amazing they never even let your water glass get empty. This place is top-notch!
Amazing food and such a friendly staff! I love spice and when asked how spicy my wife said mild and I said as spicy as allowed. Neither of us were disappointed! Our new favorite restaurant!!!
Excellent restaurant, food and service. Love eating here when we don’t have the kids. Awesome curry and a spice level of five makes it perfect. So many dishes to try I typically over order, but the leftovers are awesome.
We just came here for the first time - just to try something new and it did not disappoint. It was great! We ordered WAY too much food but everything was amazing. Pricing was great too. We will definitely be coming back and are excited to bring friends too.
Absolutely THE BEST restaurant in Boone. Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants of all time. You cannot go wrong no matter which dish you choose.
I personally recommend the Garlic Nan and Rita for dipping, the Chicken 65 appetizer (pictured below), and my favorite main course is the Vegetable Coconut. It's wholesome delicious food. Also, the mango lassie is fantastic!!!

There are few dining experiences in the high country that transport you to a place of comfort, fulfillment, and genuine hospitality like Mint can. We've been ordering to-go dishes from this place for years, but tonight we went in to dine. The level of service and care we received was unparalleled, and we were so delighted to have even a modest booth by the back wall. Honestly, the pleasure was ours... and the food served fresh was so deeply delicious. This review is written in the wake of our meal, still joyous and grateful for the experience..
Fantastic Indian food with fantastic service! I got the Chicken Curry and it was delicious. Great portions so you can save some for tomorrow! Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here, everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is great. Please give a try if you haven’t!
One of the best food experiences I've ever had. The spices were perfectly balanced and fresh. The garlic Naan was light and cooked perfect. Would highly recommend for those who enjoy Indian cuisine. Perfect service and great prices.
My third visit to Mint and always very good. Tonight I tried a new appatizer, Channa Chat Papdi, I could make a meal of this. If you are in Boone and looking for Indian cuisine, i reccomend Mint.
