Even being a Gator fan I enjoy the Bama Dog, thoroughly. The rules make it all that much more pleasant to eat at this fine establishment. Last food and health rating posted is a 97, compared to the lower 80's from places around it. Highly recommend. working here for the next year and I will be frequenting this place for the majority of my lunches. Great prices too. The cashier reminds me of Aunt B.
Love Bama Dogs, one of my favorite hot dog joints. I drive about 10 miles to eat there for lunch. The best & funniest part are all the rules. "No talking on the phone or texting in line or you won't be served". "If your pants are sagging, you will not be served". "If you make eye contact with the owner, you will not only not be served, but taken out back & executed." That last one was a joke, but you get the idea. He's the Soup Nazi's long lost brother that went into the hotdog business. But I love it.
Bama Hotdogs is much more than a hotdog spot. If you love Rubens and Phillys, it's worth the trip. Great food and authentic atmosphere. Mind your manners-an array of unique signage tells you so... Great people making great food (and sharing laughs) at Bama.

Excellent Service. When you think mom and pop.... this is what your thinking. The place is nothing much to look at but the price is right and the product is reliably tasty... I have eaten a few times and haven't had anything that doesn't taste great. Slaw is a hit or miss thing for a lot of people... me included.... try the slaw dog.
You know how you sometimes find a hidden gem? This is one of those places. Great food, great experience. Hot Dogs are a joy for my Dad, so this was an excellent find for a Father's Day lunch celebration. And those not particularly keen on hot dogs can find a meal as well!
Good dogs and friendly service. Don't let the atmosphere fool you.
By far and without a shadow of a doubt the best place in town. This place puts all others to shame. Glad I found this place and gave them a shot. Won't go anywhere else now.
Small spots are the absolute best. We got food for 4 ppl with drinks for less that 25.00.
The Junk Yard Dog was out of sight.

The staff were friendly and even conversed about interest outside of food (football and the gym”. My girlfriend and I got burgers and will make visiting here a regular habit.
I am so happy Bama Hotdogs made it through the pandemic. I love this place.
