Al Spahn

Sat at the bar and had some really great food. We were looking to grab a bite and found this gem in Bergenfield after a little searching. Some real mexican food not drenched in some bad sauce. It was fresh made food in a nice atmosphere with a wonderful bartender. We will be back here

Love Chapala Grill. Food is always consistently excellent, Margaritas even better. Casual atmosphere with friendly and attentive wait staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant as your go to for Mexican food.

Decent and tasty fare. Prompt service and attentive staff. Dampening the enthusiasm for the place is a general concern about the apparent lack of face coverings from the staff, and limited socially distant seating in the restaurant. Having said that, when we visited, the restaurant was not very crowded and was able to relocate us when other patrons came in and were seated too close to us.
