Everything about this place is amazing. The service was superb. David was a our waiter and he gave great recommendations on food and drink. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. We ordered the elk, veal, and agnolotti and all three dishes knocked it out of the park. Huge compliments to the boys and girls in the kitchen. Tony and Ryan are my favorite. The pastry girls are ok too.
A very special place here in the mountains, located in Beaver Creek with a "killer" view, great food and a wonderful staff. Such a treat, fine dining done right! Made our 22nd wedding anniversary even more special!
Grouse Mountain Grill provides an enjoyable culinary experience. The fresh baked bread with coarse salt and tapenade was a great start. Shared the Kale salad with a refreshing cucumber green goddess dressing topped with a 6 minute egg rolled in panko and lightly singed which was a nice addition. The pan seared scallops were large and perfectly cooked with a nice sear and a solid moist interior. They were accompanied by tender roasted multi colored carrots, cauliflower puree and a grape pistachio relish which also made a delicious topping for the scallops. The New Zealand Elk loin stole the show. Cooked medium rare this may have been the most tender meat I have had. If you have never had elk and are skeptical this is the place to try it. The elk was appropriately served with a great combination of wild mushroom risotto, roasted beets, parsnips and a savory huckleberry jus which provided a nice dipping sauce for the elk. The menu has a tempting selection of sides however we found we had plenty with what was included with the entres. We topped the dinner off with the "Bailey's" classic creme brulee which was one of the best we have had. The serving is big enough to share. If you're in the Beaver Creek village you will appreciate the creative menu and the attention to detail from the chef and staff.
We had the most wonderful time. The spicy cocktail was a huge winner and the Somalia hit it out of the park with the itlaian wine he paired with my scallops and my husband'spretzel covered pork chop. The pumpkin soup was a great starter and the ambiance is perfect mountain chic. Cozy and delightful
Best meal of our trip. We have been staying in Vail since Thursday. This was the best meal we have had
Steak tar tare with bone marrow, duck confit, veal osso bucco, and Jessica makes the most amazing cocktails beens knees and a bar tenders call. Waiters Harold and Dave were great. They were an amazing experience! I highly recommend you go!!!!!!
Grouse Mountain Grill has become one of our favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is professional, friendly, and eager to make your evening perfect. The food is consistently delicious. Our favorite entrees are the pork chop and the beef tenderloin. We highly recommend this restaurant in The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek.
