What a place! Mike was the most helpful employee and really took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Great seafood and meat selection and even better service.

Good food. Everyone raves about Tramonte's burgers, and I cannot lie, they are tasty! A little overcooked for my tastes, though. Grilled shrimp salad is delicious, buffalo chicken tender poboy is phenomenal. The people at the counter can be...abrasive. I'll endure their sometimes rude behavior for their good food.

Great crawfish. Ordered the boiled crawfish and they were GREAT!!! Friendly place and willing to please. Oysters are pretty awesome as well :-)
Great bar style food. The burgers done medium/medium-rare are about the best in the city. The meat selection is pretty good as well. Whenever it's time for a porterhouse, Tramontes is where I buy. Unfortunately, I can't walk in the door without getting a burger... Just too good.
One order of burger & fries is enough for two people and it's really good. Maybe a little on the salty side. The ribeye PO boy is amazing!
BEST AND BIGGES BURGER IN TOWN. And I don't find customer service lackin in the least bit! All the guys are always really nice to me and the girl running the counter was a sweetheart too! The kabobs are marinated perfectly! We get them for any BBQ!

@mayo0460 - the only way you would ever have to pay for an order is if you recieved the food, so if they asked you to pay for it i can only assume that you recieved the order prior to canceling which would mean you couldn't cancel it. As a customer who has never had anything but good experiences with the service and especially with the food that i could not let those ridiculous accusations go unchecked. Now for my review, the service is great they seem to stay fairly busy which means they are doing something right. The food is excellent, one of my personal favorites is the ribeye poboy which i would reccomend to anyone. Also the jalapeno hush puppies are out of this world and are great, easy tailgate food!
Great Food. They are very busy and yes its self serve! people must realize that. my food was excellent and their burger very well could be the best in town. i also purchased a kamado joe that has been everything they said it would. they also delivered and set up for no additional charge. thanks guys.
Busy place with a huge....did I say huge burger? Infact in was so much meat it was kinda like eating a 2 inch thick hamburger steak with your hands (Kinda dry) The rib eye poboy was good, I sampled the grilled chicken this visit, I WILL have to try that on my next trip. Nice meat market too with stuffed chicken, pork roasts, boudin and sausage too..
