Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant

Have no idea why this place has such horrible reviews but because of it I had to visit multiple times before leaving one of my own. Every time I have been here the food has been hot, tasty, and quick. The southwest egg rolls (if that's what it's called) are AMAZING and the carne asado tacos are so good I got these 3 out of the 5 trips I made. Now I'm from Los Angeles, we know good tacos. One time they were a little burnt but they made me more when I mentioned it. I have never had cold food, or nasty food. And the bathrooms have always been clean. Oh and the salsa they give with their chips is made just right! The house margaritas are a little weak but being that I have been a bartender for years it might be just me lol. But thats solved easily, ask for an extra shot! One thing that needs work is the food presentation. The cooks could make the food prettier. I make my plates at home prettier then they do. Put the tacos in a little taco rack and decorate the plate with a lime or cilantro or Something. But anyways, give this place a try. Don't trust all these negative reviews. Every time I go this place has people in it and regulars believe me if it wasn't good the place would be closed by now.

I had the taco salad....AMAZING!!!! my friend had the fish tacos witch were also AMAZING!!!! GREAT customer service, we had ordered to go @ 9:58 and they close at 10, I walked up and Brad had asked me If I had a to go order to pick up.? I said no but is it possible to place an order to go, knowing they close in a few minutes. BRAD went above and beyond customer service. He was and did everything with a positive attitude!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT customer service and good employees that work there.
