Amazing food, friendly staff, and open until 10pm on Christmas (fulfilled a desperate need)! Definitely making my list of favorite comfort food spots!
They have the best chicken cheese steak! We usually get the “Supreme” sub which is their chicken cheesesteak with everything on it. We don’t really care for the French fries, but my husband does like the western fries.
No where in Baltimore has a burger like Mr G's !!!
The staff is polite the place is clean. After watching T.V cooking shows "Guy's Drives, Diners and Dives I needed A REAL BURGER!!
Mr. G's is the best burger I have eaten in over 12 years!!! I have since that first time went back and buy multiple sandwiches and Chicken.
Owners are kind, friendly and welcoming... my daughter enjoyed her chicken, French fries, and fruit punch. She also enjoyed her hand scooped ice cream and I enjoyed my soft serve. The outdoor patio is perfect on a nice day. Enjoy! God bless.
I got a whole cheesesteak and it was so big and had alot of meat it could had fed 3-4 people,it was so good. The half and half omg that was good too. Customer service on point, she was so nice and funny.
Down-home good cookin' and fresh sliced rib steak sandwiches, fresh desserts, salads, big chicken wings, shrimp, huge party pizzas, snow cones, soft-serve ice cream, fruit smoothies, hamburgers and more. Food like it was back when the Westview Drive-in movie was the place to be and then go to Mr. G's!
The Supreme Cheese steak sub is my favorite. It has generous amounts of meat on it. The cheese burger sub and cheese burger and wings are also good. I love the ice cream, too. I usually dine in after traveling from and to Michigan. I have never experienced bad service or been dissatisfied with the food. This was my grandmother's favorite place. She loved the cheese steak subs also.
Been coming here for 40yrs and even though the faces and building have changed, the food remains awesome. Great cheesesteaks and the world's best onion rings.
Unbelievable portions. Got a cheesesteak and large shake. The cheesesteak is perfect and the shake is very good as well. Thought the prices were a little high until I realized just how much food you get; the prices are actually really good in that respect.
There's a $1 flat fee for credit card purchases, though.
Cheese steak was above average
Onion rings were in a sweet, almost donut batter not to my liking.
Fries could have been cooked another minute or two.
I would give them another chance.
