Food and atmosphere are typical McDonalds. The service has a lot to be desired. You'll wait to have a cashier take your order when there is no one else in line. You will not receive a proper greeting or a thank you for your business. If you pay with a $20, the clerk will hold it up to a ceiling light as if you are a master counterfeiter... as if the person even knows what they're looking for. And then you will wait for your meal longer than normal and will not have your number called out. After waiting too long you will go to an employee to ask about your meal and they will turn and pull it off of the shelf. More training is strongly recommended.
Do not use the mobile App! It’s super janky and only will stress you out, the staff out and waste your money.
I cannot rate if the food is good or bad. I am giving the restaurant 5 stars because they did try to help. The app malfunctioned and my order was never sent to the restaurant. When my order was never received, I asked if I could get a refund. They said, unfortunately I had to contact corporate.
Which is fine but corporate said to return to the restaurant. Very confusing to say the least. The only help the store could provide was a phone number for the district manager. So, honestly I am blaming corporate for this not the specific restaurant.
I do not want to speak to this person unless they can explain to me why their employees are unable to refund a customer seven dollars. This whole thing was over seven dollars.
Does McDonalds corporate take 7 dollars out of their employees paychecks if they give a refund? Does McDonalds terminate their employees for giving good customer service?
They must be because I cannot fathom why the manager would be unable to give a refund to a customer even with substantial evidence was presented to them.
All that being said, the manager who tried to help me was VERY hard working. They were constantly getting orders ready and delivering food to customers.
I absolutely do not want this manager to be reprimanded for this interaction. They basically broke it down that there was nothing they could do. Nothing the store could do for me at all. It was on a corporate level to resolve this issue.
I believe that this is the fault of McDonalds corporate and higher up management. They must be threatening employees for giving refunds. Otherwise, I cannot imagine someone being so adamant about protecting the sanctity of $7.
Drive thru kinda slow but food was worth it
It's a 50/50 chance you'll get done fast drive through or eating in doesn't matter what matters here is who is working

Lovely place to eat. Food was delicious, well prepared that served hot. I love their chicken burger. Their customer service was excellent , you can never be disappointed. I'll be definitely come back here.
Three days a week I drive thru for my mocha and breakfast sandwich. Its always a pleasant experience and exchange. The morning drive thru crew is the best!
I felt happy with food service and atmosphere
Food was good at decent price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy. I would highly recommend to them.
The fast food experience is always about the customer service. This store has it down. Whether you go through the drive thru or are a dine in customer, you're going to get really good service. They also assemble the food well, which is a bit of a lost art..
