I went through at 2pm. The drive through was quick. The food was fresh and hot. Both window employees were kind and smiled.i will be back.🙂
This location is very efficient and well patroned. I have come here many mornings. The supervisor runs a tight ship and a tight face. The other staff are always courteous, welcoming and smiling. The company needs to recognize her hard work. Then maybe this woman will have something to smile about. Still love this location over North Avenue any day or night!
Very friendly staff and they've gotten my order correct most of the time. The drive-thru can take a while though. I once sat in the mine for about 30 minutes. This is my go-to fast-food restaurant
Most fast food places have very nasty employees this was no exception. Very rude
I've never had a bad experience at this BK. For some reason this BK makes the best impossible whopper.
Drive thru is fast and they are never under staffed. I always see the employees working and not standing around or on phones like some other BK's in Baltimore.
The meal I requested was hot and fresh as ordered. However, a new associate, Poetry was slow in getting the orders. And understandably so. Another associate helped her was quite unfriendly. If she was the trainee, should have had a more pleasant disposition. Usually, there is a wait whether the clerk is new or not. I have found in my experience, in Black neighborhoods there is no urgency for service and Blacks don't demand better. BK do better for wait times in line.
The food was freshly made and hot. Down to the onion rings. I tried the impossible burger and was amazed at how good it is. You really can't tell the difference. Service was slow, but they were friendly and the food quality was bomb. I'll be back again.
They got my order right ☺️ and it was hot and fresh! Also, no one at the drive-through had an attitude today. Sometimes drive-thru people have dry attitudes.
This Burger King was great, quick service nice and clean on the inside can't complain🙂
