They buzzed me into the bathroom *before I even asked.* Like, they just saw me walking toward it and they were like, “we got you dude.” I had bought **nothing.** Just straight off the street. That’s America my friends.
Super fast! If I order with the app, my drink is ready in like a minute.
Only minor complaint is when their are new menu items, I've asked the staff for info on ingredients or differences to current menu items and they don't seem to know, or know more than the product name indicates. Not a staff problem - Dunkin should be prioritizing letting staff know - and try - items, especially new ones!

We wanted hash browns but didn't have much time to stop, the cashier overheard us, told us to wait as they would be quick, and made us hash browns in under a minute.

I goes every morning and the staff is awesome. They knows what I want, fast, food/beverages taste great and I'm always forgetting something, but they will remember on your next visit. You will definitely be satisfied.
the people are so nice! i love the coffee and its perfect every time!! gracie is the best worker they have there i always ask for her! sandwiches are the best and donuts are amazing!
Great location. Food and drinks prepared as ordered and always fast when using the app to walk in and pickup. I hope the temporary closure is brief.
Conveniently right on Light street, the entrance can bottle neck a bit due to the awkward door and zig zagging interior wheelchair ramp. 2 leather love seats in back with a low round table make for a good kid's spot. Ample seating in front by the windows. Bathrooms require buzzer, so just ask the employees and really yank the handle when they buzz you in. Everything else is standard DD. Pretty clean.
Best Coffee Out there and the staff knows what I want and has it ready everytime i go there. Dont even have to say a word. With a big smile. Husband and wife team are the bomb at 1000 Light St. Love them
