They made sure I knew the wait time before I ordered my burger, which is very much appreciated when at the airport! My connecting flight was delayed due to the weather, so I decided to try some local food while I waited. My cheeseburger was delicious, and the free refill was great!
I stopped in for a layover and grabbed their Pretzel Bacon Burger. It was totally amazing! One of the better burgers that I've had. Perfectly cooked, medium well but juicy. The truffle fries were fantastic as well. So delicious!! And great timing to get food, eat it comfortably, and get to my layover. Definitely recommend!!
I would describe this BGR as a very upscale fast food. I'm sure the 9.29 Wellington burger is great (onions shrooms truffles & Bleu). I opted for the Ahi Tuna sandwich. Grilled from scratch. Medium rare, cooked but pink & juicy. Pineapple, teriyaki, ginger.

People don’t realize that everything is cooked to order so it may take longer than usual. I see this lady often. I don’t know her name but she’s always pleasant & professional. (White lady, short hair, maybe in 50’s?) Today, she was working ALONE. She said the other people called out. She was still fast & professional. I gave her a $5 tip, but if I had a $20 I would’ve given it to her. You are very lucky to have someone like that representing your company! The food at BGR is always good, but I don’t spend money at a place if the employees aren’t nice.
Just started working at the airport was looking for one maybe two places to have breakfast or lunch came here one day had a swiss cheeseburger came back a few days later and had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and sausage.......with that being said it's no need for me to go else where
This is one of my favorite places to eat period, not just inside an airport. I've been here multiple times on multiple trips, had different servers each time and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Always fast, always fresher than fresh, the servers are always polite, and the food is exquisitely delicious. This place is well worth going to regardless of which terminal you're flying into or out of. Absolute kudos to whoever owns and manages this place because it is top notch, on par with outside restaurants that cost 10 times as much.
Best burger ever!! Especially for an airport restaurant. The tatter tots were phenomenal anytime I'm in the Baltimore airport I will grab food here!! So yummy!
I got the pretzel bacon cheeseburger (Thick-cut rosemary infused hickory bacon, sharp cheddar, and bacon-onion marmalade on a toasted pretzel bun), garlic fries, and a root beer. The burger and fries were delicious but the fries were a bit soft and I would have liked a little bit of crunch. The root beer also tasted a little off but free refills on the drink so I just got something else.
Overall a bit pricey but it is in the airport so everything is.
The bacon pretzel burger was fantastic, both the pretzel and burger were among the best I've ever had. The fries could have been better. They cook to order so allow extra time.
CJ at TBJ is that guy!!!! He's the best in customer service!!! Made our entire day!!! The food is amazing too!
