OMG this was the best chicken and waffles I’ve had in a LONG time! The waffle was cooked perfectly and the chicken was deliciously seasoned.
The Oreo filling was amazing and there was a good amount of it inside the waffle. Great portion sizes - I was only able to eat half!
The Peach half and half is so good with just the right amount of sugar.
Also, the guy working that day was super efficient with taking orders and cooking - he was the only person there that day but he made it work. I was impressed!

I've eaten a lot of chicken tenders my friends, but these are pure gold especially when lined up with the maple syrup.
Blueberry waffle was great. Lemonade hit the spot! My fries were so perfectly seasoned there was no need to use ketchup.
The chicken and waffles here are truly exquisite! I fully intend to return as soon as possible to try those red velvet waffles. The gentleman who served me was not only exceptionally polite whilst ensuring I had the utmost delightful breakfast experience, but was also indisputably masterful working the fryer and waffle iron.
I got Connie’s while visiting Baltimore and it was some of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had! I had the crunch berry waffle and tenders and it was such a good meal!
I believe that Connie was the one serving me and she was super friendly. She even refilled my drink for the road, which she didn’t have to do. Normally I wouldn’t say yes but the triple mix drink was so good so I couldn’t say no :)
Great food! The folks working were friendly and as fast as they could be even if they seemed short staffed. Chicken was moist and flavorful, and the waffles were done just right. I’d eat here again!
I tried their seasonal (pumpkin spice waffle ) the other day, and it was delicious! The batter was on point and the seasoning on the shrimp was amazing. Favor on Favor! My type of black business will be back to support.
Update- I went back for a second visit during my stay and was delighted to meet Connie. She is so lovely and pleasant. It's so refreshing to meet genuinely nice people.
This place was a treat to find while I was visiting Baltimore. Connie's Chicken & Waffles is definitely a must if you're in the Monaco area of Baltimore.
Robert was working the restaurant alone and was great. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
I highly recommend this place. 5 stars!

I have to give a 5-star rating this go round. Management swiftly responded to the elusive powdered sugar with a free meal!
I am grateful. Destiny was charming, a complete contrast.
Communication is vital, and Connie’s Chicken and Waffles has it down. Every day won’t be a bad day, but it’s good to know someone is looking out!
Note, that Connie's is in a food court, so you will be in a food court atmosphere. Once I found their section, I got the Oreo Chicken and Waffle with a Strawberry Kiwi Punch. The chicken and waffles were great. However, the real star of the trip was the punch. It was beyond amazing for a non-alcoholic drink. Oh, and if you're worried about safety, there is a security officer who walks the grounds. Definitely drop by if you have the chance.
Camron and Javon were super sweet and the food was delicious. My first experience eating chicken and waffles together was delicious. 🥳💕
