Fast and Friendly Service, around 4 tvs tuned in to sports if that means anything to you, there is surround sound tuned into the radio. Free wifi and plugs at every table!!!! It is quite expensive but that's to be expected of airport food so be prepared for that. The manager came to our table just to check on us.

This is a great place to relax before hitting TSA. Strategically located between Southwest and TSA, Duclaw has a nice configuration of bar and table space. As a brewer’s taproom, Duclaw@BWI prompts their products, but this is a good thing, as they produce one of the most amazing chocolate/peanut butter porters on the planet! Additionally, the kitchen can produce perfectly cooked broccoli and potatoes. Both firm and not mushy. I ordered the double crab cakes which were totally scrumptious! Goodly amount of crab luxuriating in a savory/sweet sauce which accentuated the cakes. My server April was helpful in selecting follow up beers from the Duclaw offerings. Good time!

April gave good customer service. Misfit Red Amber ale taste great less filling. Just kidding. Maryland crab cake sandwich with onion rings was very tasty. I will definitely return.

Service and food are great. Ambiance needs some work. Seems like a casual place no personality. But good for an airport restaurant.

I got stuck in Baltimore today waiting on a flight home to Chicago for a ridiculous fourteen hours. While I didn't spend the whole time there, I kept coming back when flight after flight kept canceling. The server on the first shift was great, but as I was there for almost all of the next shift - Melissa was absolutely great. So friendly and sympathetic even though I'm sure she hears it all the time. She let me plug in my phone and let me know when the kitchen was closing because she knew I still had a few hours before my supposed next flight. The whole day was a nightmare, but I really appreciated her friendliness. Great server and made an awful situation a bit better. Also prices were more than reasonable!

Not to disparage and without going into details, the young lady waiting on us seemed distracted/scattered. Our order took an extended period of time and we seemed like less of a priority than other things. SO WHY THE 5 STAR YOU ASK. #1 the manager on duty, a young man looking like he was in his late 20s or early 30s at most, came to find us after we had paid and left. He was returning the entire cost of the bill plus our tip. He had already checked on us during our extended wait and made amends but he continued to be apologetic and made no excuses nor did he disparage anyone. He simply wanted us to know that 'this experience' is not what they want to be known for (my words). He identified himself to me and my son (who was in uniform) as a former Army Ranger.....HUA?...and wanted to make sure we would consider eating there again despite the less than stellar service. I don't know if I can explain the value of Army discipline to someone who has never served but as an Army veteran myself, I can tell you the Rangers are the strongest, fastest, and smartest who serve and most humble. This young man exemplified the ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE ARMY. You're damn right we'll eat there again. You never know who people are but trust me when I tell you it was an honor to meet this man. As for the waitress, no worries kiddo. Water under the bridge. Oh and the #2 reason we'll return, the food was pretty damn excellent as well. Sincerely Former Spc-4 Crum U.S. Army HUA?

Our party of three ordered the Greek salad the quinoa salad and the quesadillas. The Greek salad had a chunk of blue cheese in it, they brought the wrong order in place of the quinoa and the quesadillas were just fine. The waiter Devin was an exceptional and attentive waiter. Four stars due to his excellent service. It is located right next to the southwestern terminal.

Open until 10pm. Latest place to get an adult beverage outside security for all you poor saps on the military rotator that leaves at 0 dark 30

Outside of security and brewery beers, and the nachos were just good enough.

Have had the beer flights and the brews are pretty good. Nice to be able to try several since DuClaw's selections span from the ordinary to the eclectic. Food is ok but the beers and being outside security are the main reasons I would stop here again. Definitely more and better food options down the concourses.
