Food is great, service was great, the atmosphere is just like sitting in the walkway by the door of a small shopping mall... Which it is. Which may be a way to get you to try the more upscale Serengeti next door. We like the food and the portions are just fine at Accents so we occasionally make the 45 minute drive there for a decent dinner.

We walked in around 7pm as a (hungry) party of 7 on the last intermediate night of Succos. They have a nice wooden comfortable succah outside, with waiter service.
They do take reservations, but not in the succah unfortunately, which is first come, first served. By the L-rd's grace, we had a double table free up just as we arrived.
There was only one waiter for both outside and inside spaces, so everything took a bit longer than I expected, -- but the waiter was very polite about it.
The food definitely was worth the wait. Very nice vegetarian chili (it was not super spicy so even my kids could eat it), very nice wings (we ordered BBQ), coffee steak (really nice but did not taste like coffee somehow) and a bunch of hamburgers (all excellent).
They did not have curly fries, the regular fries were exactly what you expect, - a little crunchy, not soggy.
They added a 20% mandatory tip because of the large party (I assumed before the standard was 15-18% but perhaps the margins have inflated in the last couple years). Overall, we paid about $35/person, but it was good food and a lot of it, too - we took a bunch home.
Would be happy to come again.
The food isn't too bad. Service can be slow at times. I'm not a fan of the overall atmosphere but it's good for a family setting

Have not eaten here in a while, as I don't keep kosher. But kosher or not, the food was delicious and an excellent value for the portions they provide. We shared the Kentucky Bourbon Burger (yummy bbq sauce and grilled onions in particular) and the Portuguese Chicken and Rice Bowl, which was very tasty, fresh and plentiful.
John, who has served here for many years is awesome and never stops moving, checking on his customers. Jeff, the GM, also makes a point to say hello and check on people's meals as he is running around and keeping tabs on all of the restaurants and liquor store under his management. Highly recommend! 😋😋
Service was a bit slow but food was pretty good. Kosher sushi is not for me I learned. Wings and onion rings were yum, I’d order take out.
Delicious food. Staff is always helpful and nice. Salad bar has many options. Variety of soups. Potato leek is the best one IMO.
This was a good experience. Our exhausted starving group of ten arrived unannounced and were seated promptly. The ordered food came surprisingly quickly and was of good quality. We didn't mind sitting in the atrium- that was actually good for the little ones. I visited with family in the evening hours. It was extraordinarily full. We actually had to wait for about 15 minutes before we could be seated. The service is good, the food is delicious, and there is ample parking. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service, excellent food, always fresh, always clean. There is something really special about this restaurant. I've been coming here for over 15 years and in all those years, I have never once been disappointed. They bring customer service to the next level. This is more than just a kosher restaurant, it has become a staple of the baltimore jewish community. The owners REALLY care about their customers when it comes to kosher food in baltimore, Accents and Serengeti have set the bench mark of quality customer services and good food.
If someone asks me what my favorite restaurant is, it is Accents Grill. It is my restaurant of choice of for any family gathering any occasion. The energy in the room is very conducive to good conversation with very open and airy skylight which I really enjoy with plenty of room to spread out. I cant even begin to tell you how many valuable memories I've had in those seats. I could go on and on and on. What the Franks have built here is more than just a kosher restaurant, it is a magical place that if you stay there for long enough, you will feel the love and care they have put into making accents the place it is today!!
