Excellent customer service. Prompt food delivery by courteous staff and attractive, spacious dining area. As already documented, great tasting food. Used this location for Spirit Night in which our non profit organization gets 20% of all proceeds between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Impressive owner/franchisor.
First time ever had a Chick-Fil-A! From Vegas. Have to drive too far to experience so I was excited to see one at Inner Harbor because it's all everybody talks about! Was not let down. Staff awesome! Restaurant great! Sandwich and fries were really good! Might have to take a drive when I get home for another!!!
Typical Chick-fil-A day and friendly service. But this is a busy location and gets a bit chaotic. The staff handle it well - and even have a setup modified from the standard Chick-fil-A system to better deal with it - but it's still kinda crazy sometimes.

I took my kids to try the kids meal. We ordered 2 kids meal, with the fried and grilled nuggets. They both finished their chicken. And they rated the food with 2 thumbs up. But the waffle fries were not hot, not crispy and seemed old. The kids loved the fruit bowl and the little toys. The place looked nice, clean and bright. The employees were nice.
Very busy location, but service was still quick. I came right around noon on a weekday, so my guess is it’s always pretty packed. Food was good, consistent with the quality of other Chick-fil-As.
Seating was pretty packed inside and out, and I had to sit next door in the Shake Shack seating. Parking is also pretty limited, with most options being paid parking in the vicinity.
It's a chain, but it's a well executed location.
The staff are friendly and professional, the location is clean, and the food is consistent with the CFA brand.
I work downtown and know that if I use this location my order will be fast, and correct.

Cleanest fast food spot I've been to. Tables were constantly being wiped down, they were on top of their cleaning! Fast service as always

Not your typical Chickfila. Upon entering, a staff member immediately approaches you with a tablet ready to take your order. Good food, quick service as usual.
Fast friendly staff and service. Hot cup of chicken soup and Cobb Salad.
Remarkable service. Our group of 7 had the door held, walked in, and immediately were met by an employee with an iPad order taking device. After the order, we went and sat down, waited for a while, and had the food brought out. Nice system, tasty food!
I did curbside pick up, which is the easiest thing you could ever imagine. You enter the parking garage at 100 S Gay St and follow the curbside pickup signs. You have 20 minutes before you have to pay but you don’t have to worry about waiting long. I didn’t even have a chance to enter the space number I was at because they were already there with my food! I’ve worked at 3 Chick-fil-A locations and this was the best meal I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. The food was hot and the chicken was tender and breaded BEAUTIFULLY. The fries were perfectly crispy and wonderfully salted. 10 out of 5 stars from me.
