I've always loved Mom's. They have some of the best donuts in town. It's a North Bakersfield best kept secret, that should be known more.

Mom's Donut Shop was recommended by a co-worker for Chinese food. I tried it and it was absolutely delicious! The broccoli beef was the best I've ever eaten and the shrimp fried rice was loaded with shrimp and tasted so good. I will never go to any other Chinese restaurant for the above mentioned items. Great chefs in this restaurant.
I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.
Very tastey freshly made to order chinese food, Donuts are yummy too, The store however is hours for sundays are short plus in a shopping center that none handicap accessible in front of the stores, ya have to go a bit down to get on the sidewalk, but thats poor planning on the malls part.
Has all the doughnuts most people would look for. Service was great, without coming off as forcefully nice. Worth stopping by if you're in the area and craving some doughnuts.
Mom's has always had the freshest, fluffiest donuts. I have been going there for years. I've tried other donut shops, but always go back to Mom's.
Great donuts, AND good Chinese. The prices were great too. A good sized plate for just a little over $5. It's a great spot
