I have been going to TKO for years. The products are the highest quality at great prices. Rich and April are both knowledgeable and friendly. Rich created a nutrition plan for me 2 years ago. Rich took the time to sit down and explain to the plan, and how it would help me reach my goals. He stayed in constant contact and help motivate me when needed. With Rich's help I was able to reach my goal weight and keep it off. I could recommend a better place for supplements and nutritional advice.

I have bought plenty from TKO and can say it has helped me build a good amount of muscle. I also needed help with my diet and was able to schedule some time with the owner and he help me get on the right track. If you are new to lifting or have hit a snag TKO can help you out. I highly recommend them and I don't have the knowledge but they do. Also being locally owned helps and shows they really care. P.S. I do not work for them but am a true believer in their business approach.
Eric is one of the best natural bodybuilders I’ve ever met and not to mention the most helpful. Can’t go wrong with his favorite smoothie blend either the blueberry one I forgot what it’s called exactly but just ask him!

We've been to all the shops in town, from the local stores to the big box chains. Anyone can sell supplements, but very few take the time to really give advice and develop a solid strategy to help you achieve your goals. Of those that do, most seem to cater to either the 'new years resolutioners' or the hardcore. My wife and I started closer to the former, but with years of guidance and support, Rich and April Stone have helped us shift towards the latter. As consummate workaholics, our schedules are crazy, yet the Stone's and their staff have always been ready and willing to help, sometimes well beyond business hours. I cannot tell you how refreshing this is - as commoditized as the supplement industry is, they truly understand that everyone is unique. We've both done meal and supplement plans as well as extended personal training programs. I would highly recommend each and every one, all you need to do is take that first step, walk in the front door, and be honest about your goals.
I drive 230 miles to JUST go to this place or I order online ! ! ! BEST SERVICE EVER, and incredibly helpful owners who have both competed and know more about supplements and fitness than most everyone else ! ! this will always be my store of choice regardless of where I live ! ! !

You wont regret any advice that you get or product that you purchase. The owner is completely honest and up front... wont sugarcoat anything and will give you your best bang for your buck. Dont make a mistake. Come where the owner cares about their clientele!
