Ordered a catering order and my car was towed right before i was supposed to pick it up. The manager personally delivered them to me. Don't expect that for you, but quite a testament to the level of service they provide.
Order taker was friendly, dining area very clean and the food was good. Will visit again when I come back to Texas.
I stopped by late on the 4th of July. The lines at McDonald's and the other nearby drive thrus were around the block so I took a chance on Taco Cabana (when I say took a chance, read my other reviews on local Taco Cabana stores and you will understand). I was expecting the usual, boy was I surprised! It was different from the second the guy said hello at the drive thru. He was pleasant, repeated my order and, get this, he had it 100% correct! At the window, he was just as nice, polite and helpful. My food was ready within a few minutes and low and behold, it was totally correct again! Well it doesn't stop there, he also threw in some extra queso 😁 Thanks again for dinner and great experience at a Taco Cabana (Finally!).
Had fond memories coming to Taco Cabana when I lived in Austin over 15 years ago. TC has remained fresh and delicious. Covid has messed up the salsa bar, which used to be self serve. Hopefully it’s brought back.
Go for the fajita tacos. Simple and honest food.

All Taco Cabanas look alike however this location is exceptional and unique when Glenda is taking your order. She is without a doubt the life of the party and makes ordering your mundane meal fun. Everyone that knows me is well aware that I am not a frequent patron of fast food venues as I prefer to sit down and be served. As long as Glenda is cashier (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.), there's a possibility that I may become a frequent patron at this location.
Was an average visit. Want not bad or great. The food was good.
Today's trip to this tc location was the best I've had in the 3 years I've been coming! 6pm 8/22/23 Nice job!
