Today I pulled into the parking lot of the dominos at north Lamar and Koenig in Austin after hitting a cone left in the middle of the road. While I was trying to call AAA a homeless man started yelling at me and caused me to break down crying. All of a sudden, 3-4 of your employees were surrounding me, getting that man away from me, and also troubleshot how to get the cone out from my car and removed it. I was not even there as a customer and your team members went above and beyond in service that night. I am a hospitality professional that has worked in very high caliber spots, the love and support I received at dominos tonight parallels some of the best service I have ever had. You have an amazing group of employees at this location and I hope that you recognize that. Thank you.
Greatest deal 5.99 each (select items) when u buy 2 or more...TAKEOUT ONLY!! Can't call in order, can't order online for deal; must walk in to order and wait, but only 10-15minutes. I get 2medium 2 topping pizzas and order of lava cakes all under $20!!
Great! The pizza was cooked and cut perfectly. Delivery eta was 30-35 minutes and I got it way earlier than expected. The driver went to the correct address. All around 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This Domino's is less than a mile from my house so I usually carry-out, the food is always piping hot and ready when I arrive at the store after ordering online. I've been several times - including New Year's Eve! - and never had a problem. Definitely recommend ordering online and using whatever Mix n Match coupon deal they have going.

I posted this on their site too but I wanted to come here because I thought it was important. They have a lot of bad reviews and I'm not sure why.
Everything was really fresh upon delivery and I got my sides of marinara. I just wish I spoke more Spanish so I could communicate better with Karel. He was very nice! My pizza is perfect. I'm not sure why you guys have bad reviews!

Always a great experience at this location, whether picking up or getting delivered. Always friendly and outgoing and just go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. Food is always hot and tastes great.
