This is one of my local Mr. Gatti's and by far my favorite in terms of quality and service. I've gotten take out from here for years and the staff are fun, engaging, and extremely involved in making sure orders are correct and customers are happy. Jason and Cherry run this place and they are fantastic management and it shows in how happy their staff is and how consistently good their food quality is. 10/10, I'll keep buying pizza from them. If you ever have a problem with their food or your order, talk to Jason or Cherry; they're serious about taking care of their customers and earning repeat business.
I've been going to Mr. Gatti's Pizza places for about 50 years and have never been disappointed. There use to be a 2 story Me. Gatti's on Congress Avenue in downtown Austin and when I was a kid and my mom was working downtown, I would walk down there for lunch. This location is a takeout only but it's still a great place. We were in town visiting someone and stopped in to get a large pizza. Place smells great and the staff was great. Ordered at the counter and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes. I'm amazed at how the taste and quality has remained the same. I always choose the original crust.
Melissa was the first person to serve me & she always goes above & beyond. The food, service and timing is always perfect. Assist. Mgr Cherry and Manager Jason are always helping and making sure everything is running smoothly. 10/10 A+ Service. They know my dog and I on a first name basis!

My husband and I have ordered from this location twice this week, and both times have been wonderful. The guy that took our order today on the phone was super polite, intelligent, and helpful. Our pizzas look perfect. Both employees we encountered today were great. Before this week, it had been years since we ordered Gattis, the one near our home closed a while back. We are so happy to have found this location. It's not very close, about a 10 minute drive, but we will definitely be ordering from here more often. Thanks for being the best pizza in Austin.

Was pricey $33.89 but that's the price to get my pizza the way I like it. I love how you can smell the fresh bell peppers 😋

I love Mr Gattis and I love this location. It is very nostalgic for me, and the current staff are sweet as candy. I went twice last time I was in town and spent 10 minutes chatting both times.
I love the pizza and miss it when I'm gone.
Generally good, not super fast, but usually fast enough. Had me waiting for an order for over 40 minutes before they even put it in the oven. At least gave me a free desert, but it was a terrible experience.
The lady working the counter was super friendly and funny. My 2 pizzas were done in 10 minutes!
I couldn’t even wait to eat a piece before I took a photo!!! It looked so Delicious and tasted even better!
Love to give a shout out to the 2 guys behind the counter who were awesome! Busy when I was there but getting everything done. Will return for sure.
