Food was good service is good. But the thing is that you have homeless people walking in and asking for money I told didn't have any but cause they come too us acting like their crying saying their sad story. I get that so I gave them a couple of dollars they also come in bringing a super gulp cup and getting ice and a free drink with a dirty cup I mean it look clean but you never know and how long they had it , and where's it been and this homeless girl look like she can work I mean I don't have problems with the homeless people. And I feel sorry for them but there is a limit, don't really need to be bother when I am eating and I really don't need to see that they are using cup that's been use and over and over again fix that and everything will be fine
If you get a person that sounds like their english isnt perfect just be patient, she does her job more than well and is professionally pleasant. (She is of latin background)

Staff was great! Even though it was close to closing the lobby served with a smile!
Every time I come here the staff are friendly and the food is fresh. I don’t even mind waiting a few minutes for it because I know they’re making it fresh! Hard to say I love a fast food restaurant but I do really love this Jack in the Box location

It’s mostly just fast food. As far as fast food goes, it’s not bad. The reason it gets that 4th star is that the chicken tater melt is amazing stoner food. Most things suck, but this item is actually delicious. It wildly outshines everything on the menu. Come here to get the chicken tater melt and you’ll be happy. If you get anything else, you wasted your time.
The food I ordered was served promptly and accurately. No complaints here, at all. Granted that I went at around 3PM on a Saturday this one time.
Maybe next time I'll order something for myself, also. Rather just grabbing lunch for my coworker.
They have the best customer service when it comes to fast food. PLUS the best Dr.Pepper fountain drink
