A true hidden gem in Far West! I’ve walked by this place with my pup a million times and I’m so happy I finally stopped to grab it to-go! Excellent BBQ and sides. We had the brisket, cheddar and jalapeño sausage and smoked turkey plus all the sides. All were great!! The turkey, coleslaw and smoked Mac n cheese were my personal fave! Def worth stopping by.

Great BBQ, will add to my lunch rotation. Brisket and sausage were both spot on and delicious. I tried the smoked mac and cheese and baked potato salad for sides and both were great. Only knock was I couldn't find the menu on the website, shows the food but not ordering options that I could find. I did find a picture of the menu online. I included it with my review.

Really awesome barbecue trailer in a nice neighborhood. A real hidden gem in my opinion. Great brisket and sausage, as well as sides. I am torn between wanting to tell other locals how good it is, and keeping it a secret so it won’t turn into a crowded touristy place like the trailers in East Austin.

Great brisket, ribs and sausage. Nice spices, bark and everything was moist and cooked to perfection. Awesome flavor throughout. Sides were typical sides, very filling and hearty. The meat was our favorite part. Totally worth the trip!

The food was so good and so was the service. Mac and cheese was really creamy and had a nice spice to it. Ribs were just right. Potato salad was refreshing. We will be back!

In my opinion, Tinney makes the BEST BBQ in Austin. My favorites are the jalapeño cheese sausage, brisket and world famous, boneless chicken thighs. Best BBQ sauce. Get there early (11 am) or the chicken thighs will be gone. I have Friday night dreams about Tinney BBQ. Come up to NW Hills (trailer near the Randalls parking lot). It’s worth the drive!

I am in town for COTA and staying in a different location this year. I didn't want to drive back across town to a place I enjoyed before. After researching for about 30 minutes, I came across Tinney Barbeque. It is everything the reviews said it would be. I had the brisket and rib plate, with cole slaw and mac & cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed both meats, which were seasoned well and moist. The mac & cheese looks basic, but that flavorful and hearty cheese was clinging to those noodles for dear life. I am so glad I stopped by.
