It was my first time stopping at this location. They had a system like all other Starbucks (place your order and wait until your name is called), but it wasn't working well with inside customers. It appeared that they were prioritizing app customers first, and the orders were sitting there clogging up space on the counter in alphabetical order. There were a few tables and benches against the perimeter of the store for dining. However, it didn't seem as cozy and inviting as other Starbucks. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we received our three simple drinks (medicine ball, apple cider w/caramel only, and latte).
They’re Back open and it looks nice, but they forgot some key things: AC isn’t that strong as it was before renovation, wifi was having problems to start the hook up, then the brand new outlets don’t work cause they forgot to plug in the main chair plug into the wall….. had to plug in my laptop behind the chairs- there’s a hidden main plug but someone was sitting down so it was hard the move the seats an inch.
The workers are still great and service is still as great as before. Even during peak hours when it’s super busy you can tell they’re trying their best. If you come a few minutes before a certain time during the day (not gonna say)nobody is here for a good 5-8 minutes which I like and I get my drink in 1 minute. My favorite Starbucks cause they actually are attentive to your order and listen when I ask for easy ice
This Starbucks was absolutely excellent. The staff portrayed a high level of professionalism, and the quality of the coffee was exceptional, earning an A++ rating. The only minor downside is that the store lacks a drive-thru, which would have added extra convenience. Overall, a splendid experience.
The staff here is so personable! They always know my drink when I come in and they always make me laugh! My drink is always made perfectly and they work really fast despite the long lines I always see.
We did the drive though. Love the mint hot chocolate. Service was speedy
Exceptional staff. Came in while super busy, 6 employees were cranking out orders flawlessly while being super friendly and professional. Give them all a raise.
Love me Starbucks. Really good efforts are made to make drinks as I like them--- not so sweet. I would like to see the counter and serving areas a bit cleaner.

Best cold brew option IMO
Slow service due to only one poor employee. She was however cheerful and upbeat though. Had all 3 drinks made in no time even though having to wait on a long line of customers while making everyone’s coffee.
Good attitude even though overworked. Lol
Clean, neat, and fast! Not to mention the workers are so nice and caring. The young man with a beard treated me so well and made my day.
Not sure why this Starbucks has such a low rating. Seems pretty solid to me. Not to busy in the mornings.
