Came here upon recommendation from a friend and...it is some really good tacos! We ordered carnitas, fish, al pastor barbacoa and shrimp tacos! All of them were so delicious.
It is definitely a no-frills kind of taco place but the taste is 🤌🏻

Quite the hidden gem. I have passed through that street for years and never realized this restaurant was there.
Anyway, the tacos that I had were very delicious and flavorful!!.
Had the chicharron, steak ranchero, and carne guisada. Everything was very flavorful, well seasoned, and tasted fresh. Free chips and salsa on purchases over $10 I believe, and they are quite tasty.
I wish I knew that place was there a long time ago. worth the visit.
Lasaro is awesome! I’m from San Antonio and came to grab some breakfast tacos close to downtown with my friends and the service here is immaculate. The area is safe and the food is excellent
Excellent Taco. We order 7 different Taco 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 then go to the downtown pedestrian bridge watching sunset. Great food with great view. Strongly recommended.
Very solid tex-mex. I had a taco de puerco, de huevos y nopales, and a breakfast burrito.
The puerco taco was seriously seriously good. I was in awe. For the other ... the eggs were totally overcooked. It was like they had been completely dehydrated. The non-breakfast items may be a tad more expensive, but it is totally worth it.

But please, if the ticket says no pico, don't add extra pico. This happens on almost every breakfast burrito I order.
