The triangle is a hit or miss with the parking but at lunch time it wasn’t that bad. Hostess and waitress were super friendly and nice. Place is clean with a nice atmosphere and good decor. Chips and salsa were complimentary, salsa was great, fresh and have the right amount of spicy in it. Guacamole was disappointing, it looks like it was made in a blender, just a mushy purée. Food were good in portions, price and presentation but bland. The Mexican martini was great.
Brunch was a good experience. The salsa is nice and spicy. Everyone was very nice and it’s a great value at brunch. We plan on going back soon.
Always love this place. It's a great place to be a "regular". I'm just semi regular but when I'm in town and close to here, this is where I eat. They serve everything from fresh, clean foods to traditional Tex-Mex. I highly recommend the cheese enchiladas with carne guisada on top. The bar prepares excellent cocktails, Don Julio Marg with a grandma floater is my personal fave. The service is exceptional. Every time. I love their happy hour selections, and I just discovered they serve breakfast all day. This place is perfect.
Good service and good food. Ordered carne guisada burritos, they were quite tasty.
Delicious food like clockwork every time I go. My Friends and I have had lots of good times here. They have great customer service The drinks were good too. I Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this location. my wife gets her hair done right across the street so it’s a perfect place to get a bite to eat while waiting for that as well. Keep up the good work.
I don't know no stinking menu ,,, everything is great! I recommend a power bowl
Quality food from a quality restaurant. The queso is absolutely delicious every time I go there. I try to go there as much as possible due to their great service, wonderful beverages, and extremely nice enchiladas. If I had to rate this restaurant, I'd give it a 10/5, but Google Reviewing doesn't work that way. I guess I have to stick to a 5/5.
(Great margaritas, by the way.)
Great experience at this restaurant. Solid service and good food. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. It is a fun atmosphere as well. If you’re looking for a quick drink and bite to eat this is a good place to go. I would highly recommend to anyone.
I love Maudie's! But beware, this isn't where to go if you are looking for authentic Mexican food, or have high standards when it comes to Tex-Mex.
My boyfriend used to live at the Triangle, so we would go to Maudie's at least once a week. They have a great happy hour and on Monday's it's all day. I'm a super picky margarita person, so I'm not a fan of the margs I've had there, BUT their Mexican Martinis are the BEST! Since the pandemic, I've had to order Mexican martinis from Trudy's and they just don't compare. $5 on happy hour and you can get an amazing Mexican martini! Also their tortilla soup is sooo good and so affordable (another thing Trudy's doesn't compare to). They also have great breakfast tacos for so cheap! Yes, their guacamole is kinda sad and bland, and their queso is pretty much melted velveeta, but maybe just don't order those..
The service is almost always great and the manager is awesome. Only one time did we have bad service, and we've never had that waiter again. We were sitting on the patio and the guy seemed to have forgotten about us. But we don't blame the restaurant bc everyone else has always been great!
Great lunch spot! Have been many times and this location never has a wait during the lunch hour. Consistent service and good value for the money; highly recommend the Power Bowl and Jalapeno ranch dressing.
