A pleasant surprise in the newer hip District of Austin, Texas. I love the modern decor as I walked into this 5 year old establishment. The space was quickly filling up at 6:30. We were ushered to a tiny table in the corner. The smell of this Korean restaurant was very inviting. Drink menu has a lot of Korean influence but I decided on an aged soy old fashion. To my surprise, the soy sauce works very well & it arrives at the end of your tasting cycle. Dinner was spectacular & the service was excellent! Since it was my friend’s birthday, I had to order a dessert. Floating cloud is how they named it. The texture is nothing else that I have tasted before. It’s firmer than a Custer, but softer than a frozen yogurt! Surprisingly satisfied!
I would definitely come back to try different drinks and food items. This is the place where they know how to serve their clients and know how to prepare their food. And most of all they know how to do Fun!
Can’t speak high enough about Oseyo! The food was fantastic, the drinks were delicious, the atmosphere is gorgeous. The Korean Fried Cauliflower is to die for. We went two nights in a row to make sure we got to try the Korean Fried Chicken. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I’m not an adventurous eater. My husband wanted to go to Oseyo and I agreed. We ordered a variety of plates and boy was I happy about it! We came late on Sunday and parking was not an issue. The atmosphere was rustic and we were both very comfortable. The wait staff was helpful and answered our questions. I have never understood how anyone eats Kim Chi, until tonight. I had a fantastic non-alcoholic drink called the K-pop. My husband was bedside himself over all of the dishes and, surprisingly, so was I. Very fun meal!
Really enjoyed this restaurant - most of the food was great. Got the spicy sweet Korean fried chicken and thought that was fantastic 8/10. The Oseyo shrimp cocktail was very unexpected but lots of great flavors and bigger than expected 9/10. Wouldn’t order the corn dogs again
Oseyooooo!!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oseyo, and it was a culinary journey that left me utterly impressed.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The traditional Korean décor and soft, ambient music set the stage for an authentic experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home.
The menu at Oseyo was a treasure trove of Korean delicacies. I couldn't resist trying some classic dishes, including Bibimbap and Bulgogi. The flavors were simply outstanding, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. The Bibimbap, with its colorful array of vegetables and perfectly seasoned meat, was a delicious masterpiece.
One of the highlights of my meal was definitely the mango margarita. We thought it was gonna be sweet but it was floral with a hint of boldness. It will definitely sneak up on you if you drink more than one.
To accompany the meal, I enjoyed a selection of traditional Korean side dishes like kimchi, pickled vegetables, and various banchan. They added depth and variety to the dining experience.
The authenticity of the cuisine and the attention to detail in each dish was remarkable. It was clear that the chefs at Oseyo take great pride in their craft and use high-quality ingredients.
In conclusion, Oseyo offers a truly authentic Korean dining experience that's a must-try for anyone seeking a taste of Korea. The food, ambiance, and service all come together to create a memorable culinary adventure. I look forward to returning to explore more of their delectable offerings.
Oseyo has an amazing vibe to it. Definitely a date night spot. The 1-2 star reviews of this place are I think unjustified. While yes the prices are high for what you get, they make up for it through the dining experience and the ambiance.
For a cold fall or winter night, I recommend the soups they have on the menu.
Such a delicious cuisine. The flavor of each dish was amazing. Their happy hour is something to check out for sure. I’ll definitely be back.
Hip cuteee place. Proper lighting n design. Dishes come with a ton of food for the price. The raw fish dish they have is amazing. Bulgogi is 🔥. Cocktails ✨
It has good atmosphere and interior. But not an authentic Korean food. You may enjoy different taste of Korean food.
Came here with a big group for a birthday dinner. I loved the rustic modern interior. This is not your traditional Korean bbq. These are traditional and non traditional modern dishes. We shared everything we ordered. Service was awesome especially with our big group. Drinks were really good! And of course the food was bomb. You won't regret coming here.
