I loved this place! The outside seems a little sketchy and my husband and I almost didn't go in, but so glad we did. The person helping us was lovely, she helped us pick between two dishes. We also tried dim sum for the first time and we were awed with each bite. In the middle of our dim sum platter, there was something we'd never seen before, so we weren't sure if it was edible. I think the person serving us noticed our confusion and asked if it was our first time, she then guided us and told us to unwrap the leaves and there would be rice and chicken inside! We'll definitely be back. All 3 dishes we tried were spectacular, definitely recommend this place!

I call it the traveling dim sum carts. Never been anywhere like this! Shared, lamb dish, Mongolian beef and a spicy pork dish! Lots dim sum and a combo fried rice. Saturday mimosas to top it off. If you want dishes that are more authentic than Americanized Chinese then this is your place! Dim sum carts only run Saturdays and Sundays 10:30AM-3PM. Sundays are pretty busy so Saturday may be the better bet! Relax and enjoy yourself!

To a Cantonese, they are pretty authentic. I am surprised that lots of dim sum were made in the restaurant and you can see them make dim sum through a glass window, which only still exists a few place in China these days. They are quite expensive overall

Truly authentic dim sum! The quality of the food was superb. Prices are good (4.95-8.95 for dumplings depending) — I don’t see what everyone is complaining about. Chef He is friendly and lively. We enjoyed the atmosphere and will be coming back again soon!

I can tell you that this place is one of the very few places that offer Chinese Dim Sum. Now it's not the best that I've ever had but it's been a while since I've had any so I'll take what I can get. The food is good but I've got a couple of issues with this place. They have like 2 servers for the entire place so they don't have optimal staff. If you order food, it's only done via a scan code, so if you don't have a phone to do this, I'm not sure how you order. You order via the app, and then you wait till your order is completed, the problem with this is, you better order enough or over order bc if you need more food, you need to order via the app again and you go back into the queue and wait. They have your typical options like sticky rice, shrimp or pork dumplings, and soup dumplings, or chicken feet which are all good. They do get the food out fairly quickly, but if you have ever had Dim Sum, it's nice to have people going around with a cart of food and you can pick and choose what you want. My 2nd gripe is that it's pretty darn expensive, everything adds up. If you have never had Dim Sum, I definitely recommend giving this place a try, it's not the best, nor is it the worst dim sum, it maybe one of the few in Austin.

The food is really good, much better than 98% of the Chinese food around here. We went in for lunch on a Friday, and it was a really weird experience. The hostess was inattentive, didn't take our order for awhile and didn't seem to understand when my partner wanted a glass of wine. She also brought us our check before we got our food. The other server was great and turned it around for us, but I felt bad, as he seemed to be doing everything. It also took a long time for our food to arrive and something was left out of the order. We didn't have time to wait for it to come, but fine, I was full anyway. We liked the food enough to order take out a couple days later. Equally tasty and fresh, but they left the shells on the salt and pepper shrimp, under the fried coating, so it wasn't great. Everything else was perfect. Try the turnip cakes. So good.

The menu has traditional dim sum and other Chinese items. The ordering is super easy where you scan QR code and pay at the same time. They have a 15% service fee which is very reasonable and you can choose to tip on top of that. The food came out super fast and our drinks were always refilled quickly.

Instead of the food cart, the bar code / online ordering is convenient and efficient. The dishes come in a very short time. We can see all people are working very hard in the kitchen through the window which makes the food with more values.

I get what people may say about the taste (on the lighter side) or the price. But you can tell they make everything in-house and all we ordered were served piping hot. That’s what deserves more of a 5-star than a lot of other dim sum places! Oh and I love their chicken feet!

Went for Lunar New Year while in town. They do charge a 15 percent service when you order, and you do order everything other than water online before anything is brought to you. The dim sum was fine, it seemed better priced than a few other places we looked at. I think the Metroplex and Houston are better cities for dim sum restaurants. Everything came out fast once we ordered and we were still checked on occasionally. We did wait 90 minutes for a table because they were super short staffed in the front of the house and slammed for LNY. Nothing in particular stood out to me as elevated, just good standard dim sum. We also brought in a cake for a birthday in our party and they were very accommodating. I did tip above the 15 percent automatic because they were working hard and we need worker solidarity.

Our new dim sum spot with delicious traditional dim sum. In lieu of carts you order online, but they serve quickly and space your dishes. We arrived around 11am and were sat immediately. The food was excellent and fresh. Everything was great, but don’t skip sticky rice or shrimp shumai!

After leaving Austin airport my Tesla took me to the closest supercharger. It happened to be across the street from this restaurant. So while my Tesla was charging we walked across the street and decided to check it out. Thou I was not impressed with the decor we still tried it. The ordering process was very different than any other experience. You must order using the QR code and pay. The two servers came back n forth to check on us to see if we had any questions which made the process smooth. I ordered the soup dumplings for my son, vegetable fried noodles and added chicken for me and my son also ordered the sesame chicken which came with steamed rice and broccoli . The servings were huge and everything tasted fresh and was delicious ( not over seasoned) . The servers were extremely nice and helpful and from the time I placed and paid for my order it took about 15 mins for our food to come out. I noticed the service charge was added upon paying so I did not add in a tip. We will definitely be back ,every time I need to use the Tesla super charger
