I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ra, and I must say, it was an exemplary experience from start to finish. The restaurant’s happy hour was a delightful addition, enhancing the overall enjoyment of my visit.

The happy hour at was a fantastic opportunity to sample a wide range of delectable dishes at an affordable price. The selection of discounted items was generous, allowing us to explore different flavors and textures without breaking the bank.

Everything was perfect! I saw some bad reviews about this place but I just want to try. I went at 6pm. (Happy hour) it was not that busy. I spent only $44 included tips. Staff were active and friendy. Sashimi were fresh and sushi were amazing. Viva las vagas roll was outstanding even though the crispy on top weren’t crispy, I threwn them lol. So I think maybe some people that got bad experience might be here in very busy time, I don’t know. But I like this place, good spot for hanging out :)
I’ve always loved RA Sushi in Houston glad there’s an Austin location. We can on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Food was fresh and our bowl drink was good. Our server Claire? was so sweet and attentive. Parking may be an issue but there seemed to be lots and garages around. Only negative was that they don’t accept their “gift certificates” during the week but you don’t see that until you try to redeem the coupon. That won’t discourage me from coming back though. Overall good experience.
The waitress was so friendly and helpful picking out a few rolls that she thought we would like and we loved it. Drinks off the hook. So glad we found this gem will be back next time down
The food was good but not crazy amazing. The miso soup was like an average bowl and the sushi and sashimi was really good. The mochi was okay kinda tasted storebought but I still enjoyed it. Overall this place is good and enjoyable.

The sushi was good and fresh, and our server, Joshua, was extremely friendly and attentive.
I had a work trip to Austin and stopped by this place since they were open late after I finished working. The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was nice, but the employees were a little slow. We guessed it was due to a long day, so we understood. In summary, it's a cool place.
Some of the best sushi we've had, and the 3 adults at our table have all been to Japan. Try their Ramen too!
Great food. Had the Chili Vegetable Ramen. Bartender/waiter was rude and unhappy (maybe over worked, under staffed?). Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.
Great happy hour food and drink options. Good service, one of 8 orders got dropped so we canceled rather than having female since they said it was coming but never came. It worked out as we ordered plenty of food.
