Never heard of this place since only open a few months. Decided to give this place a try for my birthday instead of doing my usual Fogo. I am happy I picked fumaca. The lamb chops were excellent-juicy and seasoned well, the rib eye was tender and other cuts of meat were seasoned well. Just make sure you tell them how you want your meat cooked. The cheese bread was better IMO than fogo as was the polenta. The only thing that is lacking is the huge array of salad bar fogo has but in reality I don't come to Brazilian for the salad. If you are a vegetarian, there is a good enough selection of cheese, salad, tomato, beets and cucumber. Wish they had papaya though as they do have the Brazilian drink with papaya and ice cream...yum(my "b-day" cake). The deserts were all great. Cheese cake, flan and molten lava cake with ice cream. We will definitely be coming back.
I highly recommend this restaurant. It is delicious and the staff is really nice. They are so fast to help you and they are always smiling. It is also a really nice venue, it's romantic, elegant, and casual.

The service was very good, everyone that passed by asked us if we needed anything. The salad bar was nice, decent variety. The meat was mostly beef (only 1 pork selection and 1 lamb selection were the alternatives to all the beef - no chicken was offered at all), and you could only choose from medium rare or rare. I personally prefer medium well, but that was not an option at any time. The beef was, for the most part, tasty, but I received several cuts that were almost entirely fat and/or gristle. Yuck.
My boyfriend and I went here for date night and it was amazing! The food, the service, the ambiance everything was great. All the different meats were juicy and tender. They gave us a variety of side dishes and provided an all you can eat salad bar. I definitely recommend this place not only for date night but for large parties and celebrations.
This was hands down the best experience at s restaurant. The gauchos were so friendly, my kids enjoyed having fun with them, my mother even laughed with one of them so hard because he was so funny. The place is casual and not too formal. I talked to one of the guys and he made sure my family was well taken care of. The cuts were top notch, meat was so perfect and just right. Everything was great, but the staff made the day. Thank you!
MEAT!!!!! The place was good for the meet came out delicious loved it and I don't like meat usually. I felt a little deceive though because it said the price was all inclusive and then when they asked us about dessert I was being foolish I guess because I thought that would be included in an all-inclusive price. I doubled my bill because of the cost of desserts and when somebody comes around with an aperitif up north that aperitif is included believe it or not . I got charged $8 + for a shot x 2 for that as well. I guess you could say because I did not speak up and ask questions I doubled my bill which means I won't be going back here for a long long time. Please take that all inclusive out of your description please because you're not all inclusive. The place cost a lot to go there to eat but like I said the meat was really tasty, the staff was very attentive

The meat selection was plenty and was cooked perfectly. I can't rave enough about how good it was.
If that wasn't enough, the service was the best I've had in years. Everyone was super attentive and extremely friendly.
They're still waiting on a liquor license, so no bar yet. They do have complimentary wine though.
If you're a flight crew looking for a great place to eat, close to the airport, this place is a winner. Only a 10 minute drive from the corporate aviation side of AUS.
This was an incredible dining experience. The carnes came at a much more relaxed pace than some other well known steakhouses, and that's a surprisingly serene experience. The service was excellent; I couldn't imagine it being any better anywhere in the world. If you're trying to have a calm dinner, you can't do any better than this.
Five stars and I mean it.
Went for Valentine's Day and was expecting longer wait times/slower service/etc., but that WAS NOT the case! Manny and friends (you don't really have just one server, but many) did an exceptional job at catering to our every request (bringing out a Gaucho with a meat we didn't try) and ensuring our water glasses and wine were topped off before we drank the last sip.
The appetizers were bountiful, the atmosphere warm and cozy, the service impeccable and the meat top-notch. We (think) we tried all 15 meats. Although, some were a little fattier than I prefer, all were different and delicious in their own way. The value for the amount of food was great. Our only request and what we longed for was cinnamon-sugar dusted pineapple roasted on the grill (something we've had at a Brazillian steakhouse in Wisconsin - that melted in your mouth).
