Incredibly authentic cajun food from a displaced cajun.. we tried boudin balls, crawfish boudin, stuffed pork chop, ckn breast, tenderloin .. pork loin the best. ..all insanely yummy. Worth the price! Daily special of shrimp etouffe & gumbo would make me slap my momma ..will definitely be back, worth the drive :)
I’m from South Louisiana and live in Dallas. If I’m in the Austin area, I make its point to stop by. Yesterday I had a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo, a shrimp po boy, a boudin ball and it reminds me of home!
I loved the Fried Gator, so tender and tasty. Shrimp Po boy was also great. The fried shrimp alone was really good. Definitely trying everything on the menu eventually. Jambalaya was well seasoned and delicious.
Nice little storefront where you can grab a bite to eat. They have cold cases where you can buy pre-prepared foods. I ordered a turducken Thanksgiving this year. It was easy to follow the directions and it came out great! Easily the most popular dish at my thanksgiving dinner this year.
Who cares about the atmosphere when the food taste so damn good. It's small but packs a powerful punch with its cajun flavors. The spicy chicken strips are to die for (comes with yummy white dipping gravy). The fries are stringy perfection and the boudin will make you weep.
Love Stuffed! We've done dine in, carry out or prepared dishes, frozen entrees and sides for holidays, and fresh entrees to take home to cook and have never once been disappointed. We love sharing Stuffed with out of town visitors and they always love it! Great customer service as well!
Been coming here for years and it’s the next best thing to home (New Orleans) 5 star all around and this new guy they have here name Alejandro is totally great at customer service

-Boudin balls were pretty good.
-Cheesy boudin balls were amazing.
-Red beans and rice were good.
-Combo of fish and shrimp with fries, hushpuppies and a roll. Everything was crispy and seasoned great.

I am from Louisiana-- my daughter's and I dined in at Stuffed's today and they are by far the absolute best we have had since relocating to the Austin area!! I have noticed several eateries throwing the Louisiana/Cajun name on their eateries out here but do not taste anything like our Louisiana foods BUT, this place "Stuffed" is the place!! We loved it ❤️ I rate Stuffed's a 10 out of 10. They exceeded our expectations. The the customer service was great and a very nice clean atmosphere.
The best home cooked meal in town! Love the small town kitchen vibe! Everything was amazing and you can't beat the price! The staff was super friendly too!

The sausages are all excellent and the Boudin is really good tastes as boudin should.
This visit I enjoyed a plate lunch of crawfish étouffée with a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo and potato salad side all were excellent potato salad could’ve use a bit more seasoning more sweet relish
Came for lunch. Pictures are seafood gumbo, full and I do mean full of seafood. There were shrimpcrayfish oysters and some kind of white fish.
Boudin balls. Phenomenal notat all greasy. Fried shrimp and blackened catfish.
The food is 5 star.
The dine in and parking are why I scored a little lower. We dined in which is a little off putting with people coming in and out because its super busy. But you won't complain because the food is too good to pass up. I recommend either getting it to go or getting it out the cases to take home and prep yourself. Any option is really a win. I imagine if it weren't for covid they would expand.
