I love me some Shake Shack. The burgers are always cooked perfectly and that melted cheeeesseee. Try the new spicy cheese fries and they are fire! Of course it’s at the Domain and it’s always crowded but worth it.
My son crushed his burger and bought another one!😆 This place had THEE BEST portobello shroom burger I've ever had. Seriously! The shakes are awesome. The fries are average crinkle cut... but still delicious! We love this place!
Smokeshack Double Burger pretty tasty. You order with self-service kiosks. But really friendly staff brought me my food when it was ready. And it came out pretty quick. So good service. Atmosphere just OK. Tables were dirty and it was a little warm. Hot day in Austin, but the AC wasn’t getting it cool enough.
Finally got to try this place out, and I'm not going to say I was blown away or it was bad, it was pretty good. I got the Smoke Shack, and I can say it was delicious. The meat was fresh, bacon was cooked perfectly, cherry peppers were nice; however, the Bun was pretty weak for me, already soggy before I got my first bite. By the time I got to my last bite, I wasn't quite enjoying it as much. The fries were just simple crinkle cut fries, nothing special. Tried the 10 piece Nuggets, they were flavorful and crispy, just a tad bit salty but otherwise way better than C.F. One double burger, cheese fries, and 10 nuggets for almost 30 bucks, its a tad pricy. Overall not my first choice of places to grab a burger, but if I had to eat in the Domain, this would be my choice after... Ramen :)
Nice stop for a quick bite. Wide range of burgers and shakes to choose from. I tried Veggie Burger and it was good. Though there are very limited options to choose in veggie menu. Shakes are awesome and Viva Cinnamon Roll Shake was like symphony of flavors.

I can always count on Shake Shack to meet my night hunger needs. Having completed a three hour drive from Arlington, I figured this would be the easiest place to get food quickly.
This location has self order kiosks, which are cool and easy to use. It's quite easy to navigate and to pay for your goods. If you're eating in, you take a number and find a table. You also share your mobile for a text.
I selected a seat in front of the TV so I could watch the World Series. It wasn't long before my food was in front of me. And since I don't do ketchup, it was refreshing to hand it back to the young lady and the manager and not get push back (it happens).
Everything about my meal was great. The spot got busier as it got closer to 8 pm. Overall, a good visit.
Best burger in Austin , i have tried many but this is the best , everything is perfect burger taste the view on Domain street , and the shakes as well.
I had an issue with Kios but they helped me quickly.
Burgers are always good, fresh.
It was busy so I had to wait a little longer than I expected but worth it!

Shack Shack is an isolated restaurant located from the cluster of shops at the Domain. I walked there from a hotel nearby but there was a huge parking lot for Dillard's and a parking garage a short walk away. They no drive-thru but can order ahead using the app and pick up on a special counter. This was not my first time here and seems to always a short line and ordered the Chick'n Shack where described as crispy chicken breast topped with lettuce, pickles with buttermilk herb mayo and the Bacon Cheese Fries.
The staff is very friendly and once my food arrived I tried the chicken sandwich. This was the first time I had it and it was remarkably very good. It tasted great. The chicken had great flavor. The fries were good too but be careful can be messy eating it.
The place is very family and pet friendly. Dogs allowed outside only on the covered patio. One thing I keep forgetting is they provide free water you pour yourself in cups where I keep ordering the bottled water. It's a huge plastic bottle where never finish it all.
